Been here multiple times and never had an issue with the employees until today(12/17/25). I came in to return a Amazon box with it’s return label on hand and in the past they never had an issue with the box/label not being taped b/c usually they would tape it up themselves. Apparently not today, I was not going to make such a big issue that I have to go and tape up my box though I don’t understand why all of a sudden they denied to do it themselves when in the past they never made it an issue but I digress. HOWEVER, the employee with the hat today was very rude and condescending. There was no need to go so out of your way to make a customer feel uncomfortable and laughed at b/c the box not being taped up. I get that is the holiday season and employees have to deal with unpleasant customers but it doesn’t mean you as the employee should have to act the same with other customers who weren’t rude to you in the first place. A simple “Sorry but you need to tape up your box” would have been just fine. Learn a little humidity because you only going to get what you give.

These guys are always so friendly and helpful. Even in a stressful environment, they are still very friendly and the older gentleman that is always working is awesome.

Fast service with reasonable prices! I was asked to explain what was in the packages that I wanted mailed. Worker at the desk assured me that Fragile Stickers would be placed on my packages!

I will NEVER USE THIS MIDDLE RIVER LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE BY OLDER TALL MAN WAS HORRIBLE!!!! He did not want to assist me he did not know how to print my return label from a QR Code, he made me send him an email then he charged me for the paper and tape to pack. IRONIC, I went to Nottingham as they knew how to treat customers respectful and they know how to print a QRCode and they DID NOT CHARGE ME.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! They never make me feel rushed and are always willing to assist when I’m unsure about something. It’s the only place I trust for all my notary and shipping needs!

I went to do an amazon return and it ended up costing me $10! Seriously?! $5 to tape my box or get a $6 roll to use later? $3.50 to print a label? That is completely ridiculous! I will NEVER use UPS for shipping needs if I can help it.Not sure if this is unique depending on which UPS store, but the prices are so ridiculous for what I needed. Uou should be ashamed. And the woman rhat waited on me was very arrogant and rude. Id rather go to rhe Canton store where they have aleays been awesome

I returned an amazon purchase at no cost and used this store as a dropoff point. The store is clean and organized and the staff kind. However, I had left the box open on the top. Instead of taping it shut, I was offered to buy a $6 roll of tape (of which I needed 16”) or pay the staff $5 to do that themselves. I thought this was ridiculous. Luckily for me, another customer was in the store and had already purchased an entire roll for herself which she shared when she saw my own frustration. Rating 2 stars because I find it entirely absurd that a shipping store cannot place a piece of tape on a box as a routine practice.

THEY NEVER PUT THE CORRECT LABEL ON MY PACKAGE SO THE PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK TO MY HOUSE. Stupid mistakes for no reason.
