I ordered online 3-4 hours in advance. I arrived at 6:15, but the blood did not arrive even after 30 minutes. It was difficult to connect by phone, and when the phone finally did connect, it only gave lies and excuses. They tell me to do whatever I want, whether to come back or cancel. I was at a loss for words due to the shocking words... I didn't know how long it would take to get my money back, so I just came back. When I asked them to send it within 30 minutes, they said it could take 30 minutes more...Dominos Pizza is going crazy!! Today is the last!! Wake up, you don't get your salary for free!! They need to learn from kindness!!

As a customer I noticed they don’t greet customers when they come in. It seems like they’re too busy for in-person customer service. They continue working as if I was invisible. And there’s was a time when I came in 30min before closing and I asked if it was too late to place an order and he responded yes and told me to go to the next closest Dominos and they’ll probably take my order there. So I just got in the car and while I was still in their parking lot I placed my order online to see if it really was too late to order. When he saw me come in to pick up the order that he said was too late to place, his face turned red and said oh you was able to order.

I placed an order at 12:06pmET on 3/3/23. I tracked the order on the app and it said it came out of the oven and was being inspected at 12:19. I waited and waited and nothing. I called the store at 12:52 and the man that answered the phone checked on my order. I simply told him that I had placed an order and it had been almost an hour and nothing. After he checked on it, he told me there must have been a glitch in the system and the driver had already left without taking it. I said ok, well isnt it getting cold after being out of the over for over almost 30 mins.? He said, no it is under a heat lamp. I was simply shocked at this point. I said ok, whatever and hung up. About 10 mins. later a car pulls into my driveway and I meet the person halfway to pick up my order and I said looks like your having some problems today. The woman angrily hands me the boxes and says well you made me have to leave my store unattended to deliver this to you and dont be rude to my team. This is the worst customer service experience i have had in my life! Be Warned.

Pizza and cinnamon bread were just okay at best.If domino's wasn't so convenient I would rather get pizza from about 18 other places.

We had an event for pizzas to be delivered to us. My husband called it in early in the day so that it would give them plenty of time to make sure it arrived on time. The pizza arrived a half hour later and the problem was it was outside event with no lighting. We ended up eating in the dark because of their lateness. I understand things happen, but this isn't the only time this store has provided poor service. My advice to the public, pick up your own pizzas for events.

(Context I live less than a mile from the Middletown, MD Location) a month ago I ordered, after over an hour of quality check I called to ask what's up and he told me they didn't have a lot of drivers but they're walking out with it. I asked so my pizza has been sitting under the heat hood for over an hour and that's what I get? He sighed and said sorry. tonight I gave them another chance and wouldn't you know it. problems. the pizza was lukewarm at BEST, and the "12 pieces of chicken" we ordered as listed was only 9. 25% ripoff . I'll give your location one more chance before I call corporate this is ridiculous, if you can't get good employees pay better or move along.

I remember before covid the supreme pizza being tasty with spices. Now it’s just bland. Very disappointed.

I just ordered from my app. Had to transfer money after i sent the order the second time. I received a call from the manager asking if i wanted to TIP? First of all i did tip second why are you calling me to ask me for a tip? This is completely unprofessional and i dont want to punish the driver because they didn’t do this, but you ma’am i will be reaching out to your owner. This is not ok at all.
