Wonderful, helpful staff. I've needed assistance with services twice now at this location and both times were great experiences and I left with knowledge needed to save money in the future, of mailing options, and of locations that provide additional services if needed.

Extremely friendly staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand! This office seems to also have a fair number of offerings outside of just mailing/shipping such as passport services, giftcards, packing supplies, etc.

I love my Middletown Post Office! The staff there are ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and professional!!??
