The sales rep. made good impression on me and my wife. So, we bought furnitures worth over $2,500. Disappointment started from failed date of delivery, had to call severally to get to speak with someone who eventually promised a final delivery date. The guy that delivered and put the furnitures together was uncourteous and didn't fixed things right. Few days later leg of dining chair was falling off. I reported it at the shop but nothing was done.

Mo was great in answering my questions and working with me to get my choice furniture at an affordable price. From the outside it doesn't look like they will have nice options, but if you go in you would be surprised to find exactly what you've been looking for...so go check it out.

The young man at the desk ( Faris) who also works the floor is simple amazing. His tone, respect and pleasant attitude towards the customers is just to be commended. He knows exactly how to serve a diver community and that counts these days. Thank you for great serve and intentionality.

They have limited options in the store but they have a lot more in their catalog. We bought a mattress that we were able to sit on and picked out a frame from the catalog. We also got a deal! Very nice people. Although they have to pay their workers, they try and get you a good deal.

I been coming to this place for couple of years even sent my family and friends there.... but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I had my bed for 6 months and it broke..... the frame is thin wood like paper.... Ali told me that my warranty was good for a year and someone would be out to replace it... !! Now I'm getting the run around.... imma just pay for a new bed some where else... they will not get my bizzness again...!!!!!!!!! Go spend your money somewhere else and get good customer services.....!!

Best customer service ever by Ali. If you ever stop in ask for him. He went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. Everything in the store is nice and they also have income based payment plans without running credit. Check out this store and ask for Ali. I will be back for chair.

The mattress I picked in the show room was not the mattress given to me. When I called back to ask why I was told.. "It is the same mattress just a different cover!" But the mattress I chose was BCUZ of the design so I'm happy with me purchase. ?
