“Thank you to Frank at the Owings Mills store. He helped us when our rewards certificates would not be accepted at the store. The certificate dates had to be extended even though they were not yet due. Frank was very patient and helped us resolve the situation.”

I made an appointment to fix my screen - I was greeted promptly from the moment I walked in and an associate who was assigned to my case found me within minutes after I signed in and she was able get what's needed to be done in 15 minutes.I made decision to buy an iphone at last minute and that too was taken care of efficiently. In total, I was in the store for less than 1 hour.I also want to note, I decided to walk around the store and asked an associate if she could help watch over my new phone charging on their table while I checked their products and she gladly helped me with that.I feel their customer service is amazing because they are so helpful, attentive to their customer needs and efficient. “My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”
