I’ve been visiting the branch for about a year since I relocated to this area and I’ve had mostly positive experiences each time.I typically use the drive up atm each week but I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing their wonderful costumer service twice inside the branch this last month. Their security guard was pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful. He hands out deposit/withdrawal slips and even let me use his pen. He sets the tone for a positive visit there, if you don’t mind chatting with him while you wait in line.The teller I met during my first (indoor) visit last week was friendly and helpful as well. He helped me quickly get a new card after the one I received in the mail wouldn’t allow me to activate it.The branch manager helped me today, with kindness and patience, when I couldn’t remember how to fill out the bank deposit slip lol (millennials I know). I didn’t feel rushed or anything like I have at other PNC branches in Baltimore County.I left feeling valued and satisfied with both transactions. I don’t know if something has changed at this branch recently but it appears to be very well managed, contrary to the previous reviews. I was in an out both times, with a short line, in less than 10 minutes. I’m going to go inside for assistance more often now.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!! My dad does not have a bank account with them and he went in with a check that is a PNC check (that’s who his employer does banking with) and the MANAGER told him the only way he could cash his check is by making an account. She told him that they have had issues with fraud before but, the company does business with them so they KNOW that the check he gave them had nothing to do with that. She was really trying to force him to open an account but, as long as you have a PNC check then you can cash it there with a fee and they still wouldn’t let him. The Manager is horrible with customer service. You can’t force someone to do something they don’t want to do!! DO NOT do business with them.

I would have given a zero if I could. I waited about 20mn waiting, tye service is SLOW, when it was my turn, I provided him with SSN and Drivers license, still he wants more, so I went to get a registration from the car, per their request. I got back right away, show it to him. He took the next customer and asked to wait in the queue. Totally UNACCEPTABLE

The most horrible experience here. Just to make a quick transaction led to being pulled aside- this is not a great experience in no shape or form. The next customer taken before me, then the 2nd customer…. Not a good service

The lady walked in at 4:22 and I've been sitting since 4:00 multiple employees walked past me without even acknowledging me. once she decided to do some work she said I couldn't reopen my account because of what time it was. No manager was available something needs to be done

Teller was very condescending at my last trip there… told me “You know you can use the ATM for that, right??” When I asked to make a withdrawal. I obviously know how ATMs work and needed a specific bill. “Wow, you don’t know your account number?” was next - No, I don’t have it memorized and I have never had a problem with a PNC teller looking it up for me before. Then, he wrote down my account number on a piece of paper and as I was getting ready to leave said, “Uh, aren’t you forgetting something?” Why on earth would I want to carry that around and risk getting my account stolen?? Never coming back to this terrible branch

Honestly, I wish there is an option for zero stars because, that is precisely what my recent service experience at this location deserved.The teller I encountered today (who also asserted himself to be the Branch Manager), demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and self awareness. If he is a representation of the type of banking institution that PNC is, I find that to be highly embarrassing.

Wouldn't cash a check or deposit into my own account, dude at the counter was to busy on his phone to b bothered to help a customer. I c why it has so many 1 star reviews

I really appreciate the Help of Charles. He’s a great Banker and I recommend everyone to book appointment with him. The workers were very nice to me and it to me less than 30min to get my account set up. Thank you and much appreciated

If time is money, this branch will take all you got. No matter how long you stand here in line no one will acknowledge you. Except the security guard. He’s always cool.

Pathetic bank. Stay away. I have been there twice wasting time to be told that they can't attend to my banking needs . Parking is very limited, staff is foreign to the concept of customer service. Avoid if possible.

The guard was sleep when I walked in, and he continued his nap while me and someone before me stand waiting for someone to help us. Then it turns out that there was a teller behind the line busy with her phone not looking to see if there is a customer.

Do Not Bank with them. I repeat Do Not. Not only do they have ridiculous service fees they find every little excuse to withhold your money and make it complicated to withdraw money. Customer service gives information that is not accurate. I attempted to close my account 4 times but was somehow hit with ridiculous fees that were pending ( preventing me from being able to close it) each time. Everyone apologizes but of course nothing is honored. If you want to save and maximize your money Pnc is NOT the bank. Go somewhere else where you're money can flourish.
