today, I spent 10 minutes, pulling a package that was way too big out of my mailbox. i almost broke the cluster mailbox trying to get it out, I have no idea how they shoved it in there not to mention it’s probably not the best idea to shove boxes into mailboxes????? what if it was fragile?? are you really that lazy the extra ten steps to the door is too much??? this is the most incompetent usps ive ever dealt with, from missing packages to putting things in the wrong mailboxes. I can’t count how many times I’ve received my neighbor’s mail, which is a violation of privacy and I shouldn’t have to be the mail carrier for my neighbors because a worker cant read numbers and letters to put it in the right box. every time you think you can’t get any worse it does they never fail to amaze.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. It’s 9:15 AM, and I’m still standing in line while the desk gates remain closed. You can hear the staff laughing and chatting in the back, yet no one has bothered to start helping customers—even though the posted hours say they open at 9am to 5pm The line is nearly out the door, and most have a job to get to. This level of disregard for people’s time at this particular post office is incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Clerk named McNeil. Worst clerk ever at the usps location. Refused to give me one of my packages for 3 days straight. But sent other packages to the address. Very confusing and unprofessional.

I tried to schedule and appointment to get a passport at this facility online but after many failed attempts, the website directed me to come in person. I came bright and early. All my documents and fees in hand so that I could be in and out.... the lady behind the counter told me she would NOT assist me with my passport application because the line would get too long. After explaining to her several times I have ALL of my documents (application, fees, ID, birth cert, and passport photos) she still would NOT take the time to help me. Terrible customer service.

I went to the USPS in Windsor Mill, MD to complete a change of address, but unfortunately, they were completely out of the paper forms. When I explained that the online service wasn’t working for me, the staff member acknowledged that “a lot of people have been saying that”—but offered no alternative or solution. I left without being able to complete my change of address, which was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope they restock the forms soon and provide better support for customers experiencing issues with the online system.

every time i come here no matter the time of day the parking lot is full and the line is halfway to the door this time it took an hour
this place gets more ridiculous every single time, this time there was over TWENTY people waiting in line, so ridiculous

The worst! My mailed is lost and not one person can tell me what to do! They all have stank attitudes and very unprofessional. It's such a short on ppl working there yet they won't hire anybody! I'm confused and they really need to do better!

This is the worst USPS I’ve been to. They are really unprofessional and service is horrible. The employee was so rude to me. I was literally waiting in line for over 30 minutes and as soon as my baby started crying, due to the extreme wait time, she stopped attending her client and quickly snapped at me. After that, suddenly more employees appeared and started working. They were all in the back. It was so bad and humiliating!

Absolutely the worst post office ever. I've lived in my address for 2 years and they have lost or returned for no reason every package I was supposed to receive. The most recent one they lost in there system, straight up admitted to me they put in on the wrong truck twice, now I find out they just returned it to sender for some unknown reason. When I call the number the only help I get is they tell me what's on the tracker. The one time I do get to the post office they tell me I'll still receive it only from them to return it to the sender anyway. If you need something delivered or someone is sending you something, have then us UPS or Fedex instead.
