Love the area and all the extras added in these Commons/ Apartments! Windsor Mill area is a great area to settle down in due to low crime but you very reasonable rates for living and a up scale area! Quiet , friendly & cozy!

I’ve been a resident here since August 2023, and I really enjoy living in this community. It’s a quiet, intimate neighborhood that feels peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. The leasing office is wonderful, and any issues are taken care of by maintenance promptly. My only concern has been parking. It would really help if residents had designated spaces, and adding a few more handicap spaces could make things easier for everyone. Some nights it’s tough to find a spot near my building, especially when a few residents have multiple vehicles parked in front or when certain spaces stay occupied for a long time. As a parent, it can be challenging to unload kids and groceries from far away, especially in the evenings. Overall, though, it’s a great community and a nice place to live.

FIVE STARS!!!!!! I can’t say enough about the leasing staff!!! Alesia, Aaron and PAULA are just THE BEST. Paula went ABOVE AND BEYOND through this entire process and made my transition so easy….. I can’t Thank Her Enough! Everyone was so accommodating and always eager to help and answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds and units are AMAZING… Well kept and more than a livable space to call home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in Saturday 9/6/2025 and Alexis was very helpful and kind! I ended up choosing another place because of location but I would’ve applied here, maybe in the future!

The Closing for the Summer Pool Party was Excellent. The food was catered by Mission Barbecue. All the food was delicious. We also had Italian Ice. It was helded on August 27, 2025. We had a wonderful time with our neighbors and the Windsor Commons Staff.

I experience living there my landlord has been unlicensed since 02/2024. I moved in the unit 12/2024. No Md inspection has been performed on the unit and it’s illegal to rent any property without a license. The refrigerator or stove does not work properly. There is water damage on the inside and outside of the unit. No air ventilation over the stove or carbon monoxide detectors

I have had a wonderful experience with the leasing office and staff . I am a homeowner and the support given is appreciated . Also, I have enjoyed the community events . So great and friendly . Looking forward to to the warm weather .

Today, I went the pool party it was very relaxing. Good food, from a catering company, that had the best brownies and cookies. The chicken and Mac was delicious. Most of all the staff was very nice and keep everything clean and organized. The music was amazing, no cuss words either. Just good music. Windsor Common staff was also the real MVP today for putting everything together. I’m genuinely happy and can’t wait until next year.

Terry, a maintenance tech, came to my unit and fixed all of my wear and tear issues. He was courteous, considerate and he communicated well. He makes Windsor Commons a great place to live.

This is such a wonderful community. I just moved to the area and this community was my favorite I viewed. The staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful and I really love the smart tech aspect of the doors. Definitely can’t wait to try out in an application and move in!!
