I had an excellent experience with Auto Sense Auto Services in Millersville, MD. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, I called about a tire repair after rolling over a nail and spoke with Hailey. She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible.
Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up.
The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue. To my surprise, Hailey even included a coffee mug, a Yankee Candle air freshener, and placed my keys on their personalized keychain — such a thoughtful touch!
If you ever need auto service in the Millersville or Glen Burnie area, I highly recommend Auto Sense Auto Services.

Auto Sense is the best shop I’ve been to in my adult life. These guys are polite, professional, and good at what they do.
Phil in particular is an Auto/car information machine and the nicest guy I’ve ever met in this business. The whole team is just amazing and I highly recommend these guys. Rock on team!

This place is amazing. I made an appointment for 8 this morning. My jeep was leaking coolant pretty badly. They got it in shortly after I arrived and were able to get it done the same day. Phil was super honest about what was going on and didn’t make me feel pressured to get things done. Not only did they diagnose it today but they were also able to get it repaired and I will pick it up tonight. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs their vehicle repaired.

Auto Sense is convenient and reliable. The prices are higher than a big chain lube store because you are paying for the expertise and reliability. I think supporting locally owned businesses is the right way to live. Phil and Kenny are always ready to help. After four vehicles and over two years, I can say I get what I pay for, thanks!

Love Auto Sense. They really take the time to explain and explain all the options. They are honest and trustworthy especially being a woman they never talk down or are condescending (have had those experiences at other car shops). Reasonable and fair pricing.

I am now 67 years old, and Auto Sense is absolutely the most honest, competent, and reasonably priced auto shop I have ever found. My wife and I have used them for the last 17 years, and expect we will for a long tome to come.

Nobody I know likes to have to take their car to the mechanic so having such pleasant & efficient individuals walking through the process with me each step of the way is such a stress reliever. Their clarifying questions upon drop off and the respectful time taken to be sure I am clear about the work to be done after they go over the car is a game changer. Having a mechanic I can trust is one of those small wins that just make life a bit easier.
Easy 5 stars for sure!!

Auto Sense gave me an honest assessment of the possible outcomes of them attempting to fix an error that a previous shop made on my vehicle. Not only were they able to correct the issue, they kept me involved in every step with very personable conversations so that I could make an informed decision. I am new to the area, and Auto Sense will be my go-to place whenever I need work done on a vehicle. The prices were also very fair.
