This location is further than my other CVS locations, I will only shop at this store now due to the fact that the shelves are always packed with the products I need! The store staff (not the pharmacy) is always exceptional, very friendly and professional. Online store orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately always. Keep up the great work!!!!

Terrible pharmacy. My provider called my prescription in three different times . The automated system called me telling me my prescription was ready. I get to cvs and they tell me they have nothing for me. Itâs funny the automated system knew the exact drug and dosage ( on a brand new prescription mind you) , yet yâall âdonât have anythingâ. Instead of being supportive, pharmacy staff was rude and unprofessional. My provider has now called for the 4th time , asking to speak directly to the pharmacist.

5++ stars. New client for prescriptions. I had a total of five for immobility, both hips, right knee, back. They took all info, id, ins, etc. Processed efficiently. Came home, easily setup account, had notice of when filled. Emailed a question re one and received a call back quickly, on Friday of a holiday weekend. A bit of a wait, but I showed up as new client, with a paper prescription in hand. Any frustration was simply the pain I was in. I fully expected a wait. CVS Millersville MD Pharmacy took care of me, and their online registration was easy and kept me informed.

The pharmacy staff is always courteous and by the time I leave my doctors office my prescriptions are ready or in the process of being filled very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, and Iâve been going here for the last 3 to 5 years

This is probably one of the worst pharmacyâs in the area. Prescription called in and left on the voicemail and it hadnât been checked in over 4 hours! The tech even said I have a voicemail that hasnât been checked. How about checking it?

I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy if possible. The drive-through is perpetually out of order, forcing sick and injured individuals to come inside and unnecessarily expose themselves and others to potential health risks. On multiple occasions, I've arrived around 9:30 AM during their posted business hours, only to find no one from the pharmacy staff present. This level of unreliability and lack of concern for customer well-being is unacceptable. Choose a different location if you value your time and health.

0 stars for the pharmacy. They have messed up my medication 2x now and continually tell me itâs too early to fill it when I am completely out because they only look at the quantity of medication and not how many I take a day. They messed up and wonât have them ready before I go out of town and wonât cure the situation. Now I have no medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN HELP IT! Unfortunately I have to use this pharmacy due to my insurance.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone from the pharmacy to the front counter were very personable and nice to talk too. Definitely has the hometown pharmacy vibe and care!

This pharmacy is terrible, they never answer the phone and the line is always a 30+ min wait. Pick a different pharmacy to get your prescriptions.

Zero stars for the pharmacy. Besides closing the drive through all the time they tried to give me a $15 generic medication and charge me $60. The tech kept telling me that âthatâs what your doctor called in.â Um no, thatâs what she called in the week before, I already paid for and tried for a few days and she called in a new medication. Because I had a reaction. I wouldnât trust them. Not only do they dispense meds inaccurately (the bag and the med in the bag names didnât match) - theyâre *insanely* rude. Always.
