It was a decent experience—our location was extremely well run with great staff. My only regret is that we didn’t notice till we’d rented it that there were no lights in the hallway or unit. Luckily there was an outlet outside so we just ran an extension cord and used a lamp. All units should have a light inside.

I never had any problems. It was always easy access to get in and out. The place is always clean. I would definitely use them again if I have a need.

The forms you had to sign the print was so small could barley see. That needs to be printed bigger so we can read I just was signing to get started hope I didn't sign my life away

My long history of being a client and having had many different size units each were perfect for me at those times, each of these were done by the same manager and he has been a good person, easy to talk to and tells you like it is.I appreciate the long time history and have added another year to my record as a happy customer of ExtraSpace and the manager Phil Ward.
