Yesterday my husband and I stopped by and we were browsing and then behind a partition we heard yelling, maybe a boss or supervisor yelling, we felt so bad for who ever she was yelling at, and when the ‘ F ‘ word came out of her mouth , we were done looking. .

I go here often but the other day was my first bad experience. I purchased a computer that had a $9 price tag on it. I take it up to the counter which is made of Glass I did not want to put the metal chair on the glass impossibly crack the display. I take the tag off and hand it to the lady she goes. No I did not see you. Take it off what she clearly watched me.
And then says op, that's not the right tag the right price. You're not getting the chair Goodbye. Call corporate if you like. I mean, what it's not like you paid for it. And I mean you priced it, not me.

I have just received the best customer service ever at the Goodwill on Old mill. The lady with the earrings in her face was very nice and actually helped me to locate something she'd overheard me speaking about. Thank you for making my day.

I’ve been to plenty of goodwills, let alone thrift stores in general and this was the filthiest most disgusting store I have ever been to. On top of that the shelves were basically bare, clothing items were not price tagged.
