First allow me to explain that I treat my car very well and keep it clean. I don't use it a lot. Only for local driving to the store mostly. I wear sneakers most of the time. Not work boots or abrasive footwear. After about 2 months from purchasing these new floor mats, I began to see large clumps of the floor mats, which resembled hair balls all over the car floor. It was the mats basically shredding and disintegrating. The mats were getting holes in them already. This is only after 8 weeks from installing them. In my experience, mats generally last 7-8 years in an owned car. But 2 months? I attempted to contact the seller and was very polite. I simply explained that I wasn't happy with the product, considering it was of very poor quality. This store has completely ignored my texts (emails). No explanation, no reciprocation, or anything. I am posting some pictures of what I am talking about. I'm a very nice person and I do my best to be polite about such things. I'm not spiteful in any way. But this is about showing just a little professionalism coming from someone who owns their own business. I would never treat my customers this way. If someone is not happy with my floor waxing or carpet cleaning, I either go back and redo the job at no cost, or I issue a refund. I don't take it personally. Their are times when things just don't work out for the consumer. But as you can see by the photos, the mats are falling apart in a very short amount of time.

Careful if you're buying anything from their ebay shop. I purchased a set of 4 mats, first they sent it to Florida, I live in WI, when the address was corrected and I finally received them they weren't even for the right car. Now they blame all of the mistakes on fed ex. Idk how fed ex would've been responsible for sending the wrong item but you can be the judge

I ordered a new mustang steering wheel from them for my 73 mustang had no issues with delivery everything looked great but the steering wheel they sent me is for a jeep not mustang I contacted them about it hopefully we can get this fixed with no issues. If we can get this fixed I’d give them 5 stars. They got it fixed with no issues and no additional payment from me. I would definitely buy more things from them

Cheap components that are sold for high prices. Their eBay store is borderline a scam. I have ordered parts from them before not knowing it was them.
This time I ordered a steering wheel and it is the cheap kind where you have to slam the horn button onto a piece of plastic. The better brand is a twist style cap.
I wrote to their eBay store to talk about the issues and I have been completely ignored. Zero responsibility. I’m glad I googled them because I can now see I am not the only one who has problems.

Customer service took their time. Mine did not fit. I have sent numerous emails with pictures and a few phone calls no response from Stephanie who apparently is the only person in the whole company that can do anything. I think they think I will give up! I should have updated this they did get back to me provided a refund. It took a few emails but they did correct it.

I ordered floor mats for my 2023 Camaro ZL1.
The red trim on the mats are terrible quality, and the mat is not actually designed for a 6th Gen Camaro, as advertised.
The top portion of the mat does not match the floorboard pattern of my 2023 Camaro ZL1.
The floor grommets don’t line up correctly, leaving the right side of the driver's floor mat lifted up instead of sitting properly.
When I inquired about a return, after having accidentally closed the return in eBay, I was told to drive to Maryland and they would refund me, but they wouldn't do anything to help me reopen the return window.
Terrible quality products and service!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a set of mats from this place off of eBay. I wasn't notified that they were made to order. I contacted this place on Monday and was told they would be shipped today (Wednesday) What a joke. I am rather disappointed with the way this company does their business. If I hadn't wanted these mats so bad I probably wouldn't have ordered them. I have contacted this place several times and don't really get much of a response. How disappointing!!!!
