“James Tasker was unbelievably helpful. He is a great representative of the company. I am in the process of moving my mother down to assisted living in Bethesda Maryland from NJ. I discovered yesterday that her current scooter does not work and is too old to fix. James worked with me by phone while I was driving down the turnpike to choose and order a new scooter for my mother and to ensure it was delivered in time for her arrival at the assisted living facility. Just outstanding customer service by James.I also want to point out the excellent delivery service by Ray Rossman.
