I’ve used them twice and both times it has been fantastic! They do quality work in a timely manner.
I was even more impressed the last time. I used them after getting in a car accident. The insurance sent me to one rental car location and they recommended I change locations because the original one was unreliable. Because of them I had a great rental car experience. They truly care about their customers.

So, I’m an idiot and stripped this bolt when I was installing a bed rail in my truck. I got it jammed up really good and couldn’t get it out. They agreed to take a look and squeeze me in the schedule. They tried a couple of things and eventually realized that another shop might have better tools to remove it without damaging the rail and bed liner. They offered to still give it a shot using a different method but I declined so I could try another specialty shop. They gave me a reference and didn’t even charge me for taking a look. I don’t expect that every time but I think it says a lot about them when they’ll recommend possibly another shop that’s more suitable to your problem. I’ll be more willing to trust them in the future because of this experience!

Severna Park Auto Body was a great choice to repair my rear fender that was damaged from being rear ended. Everyone was friendly and very communicative by phone and email. The estimating process was quick and easy and the repair turned out great. The on-site mechanic was even able to change my oil and check my breaks while the car was there. Overall a great experience!

Severna Park Auto Body was on a list of repair shops provided by my insurance company and I'm glad I chose them. Everything from my initial phone call to them through the repair process was excellent (the staff was friendly and helpful). They provided my insurance with the estimate and handled all the documentation directly with them. The repairs were made promptly and my car was ready when originally indicated. The work they performed was excellent and I am extremely satisfied. I would definitely use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.
