“I enjoy coming here, but I am a medical patient and at this establishment drive thru is medical only. I see constantly this drive thru is backed up with people either not in medical line (but still getting they’re order put thru) and medical patients who have not filed they’re order properly (leave the attendant leaving his post to go get the items that should have been ordered properly). If you are working the line please only allow the Medical patients to use it (don’t let them use it just this time) and if someone isn’t prepared meaning they placed no order please don’t hold up the line, thank you.
EDIT: I am changing my review from one star to four, the manager reached out agreed that medical patients are priority when it comes to the medical only drive through line and they said they would try to prevent any delays in the future. I still enjoy using the drive through and it is usually easy, fast and convenient when you place your order properly.”

The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful — they took the time to go over different options for my rig setup and even let me hang out in the shop to work on it, providing some basic tools and tips along the way. Great selection from quality juice brands. Loved chatting and sharing some laughs with everyone there. The customer service here is awesome, and I feel I can have some great connections with all the employees. There is an awesome selection of products, and even if you want, you can ask the owner, Mr. Qadir to be able to stock a particular product you are looking for.

I asked Mr. Qadir to stock mushroom gummies since I wanted to buy them every now and then, and that I thought they would sell well. He got them in, and always has them.

“I own about 8 or 9 vapes. Maybe more :-)All purchased from The Vape Pad. I’ve trashed all the vapes I purchased elsewhere. They simply didn’t measure up. Now I refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to buying a new vape, replacement coils, batteries, juice, and everything in between. They know me by name and I love how you acquire bonus points/stars when you buy stuff…. Next time you come in, you can use them for a discount.They will replace coils for you to make sure the juice saturates the coil perfectly (so you don’t end up burning it). If I come in with a vape or a tank that seems to be leaking or having some sort of issue….they can diagnosis the problem like a vape doctor haha. Long story short they know what they’re doing. And if you’re a total newb, that’s perfectly fine. No judgement - they will make sure they explain whatever you need to know. And they will not take advantage of you and rip you off, simply because you don’t know much about vapes.They’re awesome. If you go somewhere else, you’re missing out! :-)”

“I’ve been coming here for years, I have NEVER had issues with juice. As a matter of fact this is one store I can find the juices aren’t full of chemicals and preservatives and chemicals I can’t pronounce. Plus east Coast has its own manufacturing, and you request your nicotine level to be added, which is nice because he’s never out of a level and knows exactly what is in his product. Perhaps whoever posted the poor review had their V/G ratio off, or nicotine level not high enough or needs a new mod. BUT never an inferior product. Being a nurse, and a former smoker I am very careful with what I put in my body these days. As For the Elfbars, East coast cape has always had very competitive prices.”
