No Public Restrooms for customers and non customers doing business there. Thumbs down for having something so crucial as a bathroom for customers and especially those who can hold it and the elderly and handicapped customers too.

I have a citi bank card through Costco which I use regularly and pay on time and have a positive credit history. I usually keep my credit frozen after unfreeze for a transaction citi Randomly ran a credit report on me and lowered my available credit right after I made a large payment of 1500,00. They sent me a letter on the same day and even after my payment I was 23.00 Over the new credit limit. So my payment reflected no change to my card balance. I called customer services and was told I should review my credit history and make disputes. Dispute something that has nothing to do with citi or my current card? Horrible creditor I will be transitioning to a bjs card and unfortunately this will also affect how often I use Costco. They need to use a better creditor

This branch flagged a legitimate check as fraudulent, but did nothing to to verify their unfunded assumptions. The funds were withdrawn and deposited in Citibank but flagged the account for any activity for weeks. So the money was NOT available to the writer of the check nor the intended client. It was just used for their own banking activities. Not a single call was made by the bank to the writer of the check. Clients's business suffered through false claims. Bank did not even offer an apology, treated parties like trash.

Mistakes were made, and were pointed out by my co-applicant for a joint account. The person helping me was sure to fix any mistakes he made and apologized for the inconvenience. As a new account holder, I will be sure to double check my information in the future with Citi. Hopefully it was a one time thing
