“I was back home for a wedding and needed a location that would be able to steam our dresses within 24 hrs. My Dad recommended this location to me. We called and were told if we brought them in soon, they could be ready by the following afternoon which would've been the day before. Our dresses were ready to go within 03 hrs. The entire process was fairly quick and the guy was super nice. ThankYou so much. I would definitely recommend this location.”
“I tried this place several years ago (before the current owner) and said I’d never go back because it was so dreary. I NEVER saw anyone other than the patrons and even they were limited. It was almost as if it was operating on autopilot BUT NOW… this is one of the most lively laundromat’s to go to. It’s clearly staffed, well maintained and everything is always in working order. OHHH… let’s not forget the fluff & fold service!Get a Load of This definitely gets my vote!! ??”

“Stay Away from, Patrick B******, *****, Clothes CallWe had water and sewage damage and unknown to us **** Insurance, Agent **** ******** hired this thief knowing that Patrick B****** also an **** commercial policy holder and his coverage had expired. He stole all of our shoes, clothes etc evening dresses were never worn still with store tags attached to them. Patrick B****** forged my husband and my initials indicating we were satisfied with their work and **** was aware and paid him over $10,229.62. Patrick is a thief such that the check was made payable to one of his many businesses, ** ******** *************, located in Ill. ***** ******* ***********. We hired an attorney and they requested that Patrick B****** provide them his insurance information and luckily enough on our behalf he willingly filed a claim and a claim number was provided to us. At the time we called ******** Insurance with the claim number he had provided to our attorneys we were told that an adjuster would be getting back to us within two business days. The adjuster called and indicated that they were investigating the claim and his response was not encourging so we conducted our own investigation and learned that Patrick allegedly had a fire and submitted our personal property inventory list to receive over $700,000.00 from ******** Insurance. When we discovered that he had been paid for our damages that he reported we were told that "the insured, decided not to file a claim and the insurance company cannot tell their insured who to pay."I am filing this complaint to help others and with this information I'm hoping that you'll take the next step to hold, ***** and Patrick B***** accountable. ***** was acquired by ***** ******* and is authorized to transport personal household possessions. “I brought a pair if kaki pants in that needed to be taken in from the thighs since I bought them in a curvy style accidentally. They also needed some taking in the waist. Reasonably priced tailoring and they look amazing while still leaving room for me to sit and stand comfortably! Thank you!”
“I miss that the Giant moved across the street, but to this place's credit, it didn't stay vacant for long. And also to their credit, they are already revamping the exterior like they did to the rest of the mall. Great food joints like Otani, Frank & Luke's, and now Taichi have suites here, so it keeps it very interesting for dining options. Oh, and lest we forget, a Philly Pretzel Factory! It's a great location, pretty easy to get in and out of, and the shops are useful and updated.”
“If you live in this area, and you aren't taking your dry cleaning here, you're doing yourself a disservice. Fast and attention to details. In my opinion, better than Zips. I think this is family owned. Have taken suits and rugs here.”

“I had a emergency my zipper broke on my pants and I had to be to work in 3 hours I went to 5 cleaners and no one would help everyone said 5-6 days I said what are you serious but I came here in just 5 mins they hooked a sister up fix my pants and I was on my way thank you Allah. “Update 2024: I've been frequenting this shopping center for 20 years, and there has been more turnover since 2020 than previously. You can typically find what you need and have a guaranteed store to come back to. I'm hoping the new frozen yogurt place sticks. Nice Safeway, the butchers are great and pretty helpful. The fresh fruits and veggies are usually of good quality and plentiful. Sometimes, you can even buy herb plants. Vaccinations are available at the pharmacy with a private waiting area. They are usually quick and text about updated boosters and vaccines they have available. Dollar Tree used to be better but has definitely gone downhill. Petsmart is organized and offers good service. CVS and At&t store are good. The gas station has an auto shop that does good work at fair prices. Also has smaller Bath and Body works but great staff and selection. The new Peruvian chicken place is sooo good. The Wendy's offers a 50-piece nugget for like 15 bucks, but it's not on the menu. You have to ask. There are two shoe stores (sneakers) in the shopping center. I haven't been, but since the Footlocker in Beltway Plaza won't let you try on shoes, ...seems like I'll be trying them out soon. There's a pediatric urgent care and IHOP that does a decent burger in a pinch. The Chevys has been around for years and the food is always good and the staff are nice. They used to have a fun Cinco de Mayo party that had face painters and a DJ that I hope comes back soon. The drink specials were good and I've had more than a few great nights with friends there. The liquor store is small but has a surprising amount of options for its size. There is a music store but I haven't been inside. It's been there forever, though. There is one bank there currently with a credit union (Lafayette) coming soon. The beauty supply store is decent, but I've only shopped there a few times. Though the clippers they sold came in clutch during lockdown and are still chugging along. Solid purchase for 50/60 dollars. Overall, there's plenty of parking, and folks are pleasant. Outside of specialty items and clothing that isn't boutique or streetwear (Cici's and DTLR), you will probably be able to find what you need here.”

“Wow!! Skips is a nice liquor store in the neighborhood that has been there for a very long time at one time there was a crowd of folks that hung around the store all day begging for money but they have cleaned it up and you feel much safer going there now”
“Under new management since the summer of 2022. They have new washers and dryers. The machines now accept payment via Dexter Pay, so that you don't have to lug around quarters.”

“I had a very positive experience with Crofton Depot. I needed my daughter's dress for the 8th grade dance altered ASAP and they were able to have it finished in less than 24hrs. The Tailor did an excellent job and even fixed a mistake that a family made when they attempted to alter the dress. Both me and my daughter were very happy with the results! “This is a very efficient cleaning service. My husband and I drop off our clothing to be altered or dry cleaned often and have never had any difficulties. On one occasion, I wasn't satisfied with the remnants of a stain that I could still see. I spoke to someone about it and they dry cleaned it again without hesitation. No complaints!”
