The store was extremely hot and uncomfortable. This is dangerous and a breeding environment for germs! There is no air condition and has not been air-conditioning for the last five years. This is unhealthy and unsafe I implore UPS corporate to have the owner take corrective action

I love this place people here are so helpful and nice. When amazon asked me where I want to send my package back from I usually say UPS, so I can just go to this one right here just to come in and say hi. I have been going to this one over 25yrs and it have been an awesome experience. Have an awesome 2025 UPS store.🤎🙏🏿🙌🏿

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location. There was absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff. When I walked in, three employees just stared at me for the first six minutes without acknowledging my presence. Two of the three staff members appeared to be senior citizens, which seemed to contribute to the sluggish pace of service. While I absolutely believe in providing opportunities for everyone to work, efficiency and urgency were completely disregarded here. I had to ask for help three times before anyone assisted me, and by that point, the experience was beyond frustrating. For that reason, I will not be returning.

This is a great location. I've been going here for a long time & they even know me by name. Never had any problems with the staff. Just don't park illegally, you will get towed 🤣😂. Not UPS fault

This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. Why won’t the owner fix the AC that has been out for over four years. It’s way too hot in the store, not worth it.

It’s crazy that I’m seeing so many negative reviews for this location. I’ve never had any issues with the customer service here. The gentleman and both ladies I’ve encountered many times over the eight years I’ve lived in Upper Marlboro have been friendly and helpful. They get my packages processed quickly and I’m out the door in a flash.
