I just want to express how deeply grateful I am for the incredible service provided by Collision Concierge. Words truly can’t capture the appreciation I feel for their phenomenal work. When a deer collided with our vehicle, it left us with significant damage and a lot of concerns. However, Devin and the team went above and beyond to help us every step of the way.
From the moment we started this process, their support was reassuring. They handled everything with such care and expertise that it felt like we were in good hands the entire time. We were initially worried about our $1,000 deductible, but to our surprise, they covered the majority of it, leaving us with only $250 to pay.
They made the process seamless by picking up our vehicle and even handling the drop-off of the rental car at no cost to us. When our car was ready, they brought it back to us, all while taking care of the paperwork. The thoughtfulness and dedication shown by Devin and the team made this challenging experience so much easier for us.
Our experience with Collision Concierge has truly been wonderful, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. I sincerely hope others consider this place when they need collision repairs. Thank you so much, Devin, for your outstanding customer service and compassion throughout this entire process. We are incredibly appreciative! I would give them 10 stars if it was an option will definitely recommend and keep the on speed dial thanks again for your outstanding care and everyone who played a part with the repairs of our vehicle. I was having an issue with water in one of my door panels on my F 150. I stopped in to see how much it would cost to get fixed. They came out, checked it out and found a plug. They pulled out the plug, the water drained and the issue was resolved with no charge. Great service! Thank you!!

Autotune Certified Collision was my lifesaver. From the moment I called them to assist me in contacting my insurance company to give me an estimate when I had a tramatic car accident with a deer. They were more than professional but very personal as well. They came to my rescue in terms of handeling the difficulty and trama working with my insurance adjuster. They arranged to loan me a car so I could get to and from work for a couple of weeks. They are so kind and professional in every way, make you life more bearable and give them the opportunity to work wonders for you too.

The experience at Hereford Collision was exceptional! The customer service team was not only thorough but also incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They communicated a quick turnaround time, which they delivered on perfectly. To make things easier for those with young children, the staff even offered to pick up and drop off my vehicle. When I got my car back, it looked brand new; they had cleaned it thoroughly and improved its condition beyond my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.

I highly recommend this local small business for all your autobody needs! My jeep and I were in a minor fender bender and the gentleman at Autotune Certified Collision Center (formerly Hereford Collision Center) went above and beyond just simply repairing my vehicle. They guided me through the insurance process, ensured I received quality replacement parts, kept me consistently informed of the repair progress, and delivered an impeccable product! (Even gave my jeep a much needed bath and vacuum!) I sincerely appreciated their customer service and workmanship and know that you will too! Five Stars!

Great service. These guys went above and beyond. They covered half my deductible, delivered a rental to my job when they came to pick up my car. No hassles, communication was great and they delivered my car when it was finished and picked up the rental they provided.

I originally stopped by Autotune Collision because it was a local business and I wanted a second opinion. From the second I met Eliot, I could tell he was an honest guy. After I shared some details of my situation, he not only promised to meet the already given estimate, but offered me a rental free of charge. I needed a few months to gather the deductible, and Eliot was available through that time via text to answer any questions or concerns I had. When I was ready, he organized a three way call with my insurance to address concerns and they quickly got on the same page. I was promised no extra charges and a well done job, as quickly as possible.
The day I dropped off my car I was greeted by Devi. He was friendly and straightforward. I felt confident in my decision. The weeks passed quickly and though there was a small increase in date of pick up (due to tech illness and delayed parts), they held up to each promise made. When it was finished, I dropped the rental, paid my deductible and left with not one extra fee. The car looks great and they were very persistent about making sure I call if there was any issue. I trust this business and I would highly recommend.
