I didn’t realize that appointments were recommended and thought we might not be able to do it. Lakeisha, one of the employees here, went out of her way to help us and showed such amazing professionalism and kindness through the whole process. “It's actually in Executive Plaza II, on the Lower Level. It's a contracted office that doesn't seem to have the full options of a regular office (only had a couple of priority mailer sizes, not the one I was looking for.) The gentleman there told me they don't do international shipping either. Also worth noting that they are CASH ONLY, no credit or debit. Nice people, though.”
