I am a small business of 11 years located behind this post office. We sell in our boutique as well as on Poshmark daily. Most every day , Monday —-Friday for the past one year , we go to this post office and mail our orders from Poshmark. Poshmark has a contract with USPS that the postal service will supply a priority mail bag or box. We show them the barcode that is generated by poshmark and it prints a shipping label.
I went to this post office today and Jim waited on me. He was extremely rude and not knowledgeable and would not give me a mail bag or box for my Poshmark item. He was extremely unprofessional. I explained to him how it works and asked him on 3 separate occasions to mail this package for me. He actually refused. I went back to my Boutique and one of my team members went to mail the package. He was extremely rude to her and would not mail it or supply her a mailing bag or box. He did tell her that he looked up the Poshmark agreement so he did understand it, but he refused to service us. Then I sent a third employee over to assist my other employee standing in the post office. Finally, when she entered, she saw a box she grabbed it and gave it to Jim and said you’re going to mail this. He finally agreed to mail our package. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude and very degrading to us. Unfortunately I have to do business here daily. Everyone else on the staff for the past one year has been amazing except for him.

The woman who works with the passport authorization in this office is the sole reason for this review. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and seemingly hates her job.

Great, friendly staff and super helpful. The post office is small but has more services available than other larger ones. Love coming here, always receive a warm greeting.

Don't plan on going here again. On different occasions I had several letters to mail that had stamps on them. I bought stamps at the counter then gave the counter person the letters to mail. The PO Manager told me to go outside to the mailbox to mail them (even though I was already at the counter). This is bizarre. I now go to the Hampstead PO. They are far superior always treating me with courtesy and respect. How can the U.S. Post Office operate this way?

Went into the post office today to renew a passport while my mom retook the passport photo (due to insufficient lighting). The staff was friendly and so helpful! We were in and out of the post office within 20 minutes! I didn't get the names of the workers, but they were both so kind and helpful!! Truly great experince! Thank you!!

This post office must work on commission. My wife went in to mail a package and was cross sold a roll of stamps not realizing a $55 charge. After realizing the mistake she went back into exchange for a book of stamps. The staff was unwilling to help her so I went in to speak to the manager. he was very unprofessional and not nice and told me he would not exchange them or allow them to be returned that it was policy. So I filed a complaint with the main post office and they still would not accept them back. They're completely sealed and now I know why the post office is going under. Don't ever go there I'll never use them again. I recommend this office be closed permanently. You have another post office in parkton on Happy Lane.

Awful service, nasty women and front desk. Lies and makes up nonsense about why my mail is not delivered. Mail and packages regularly never arrive. Missing so much! Total nightmare experience every time there. Will I ever get my packages and mail?
