Final detail and installation work was unsatisfactory. Used wrong paint to patch railings. Had to repaint touch up myself.

Mike took my money, and promised me that he would have my railing in in 3 weeks. When time came for installation his phone was off for a week. Then when he came to install my railing he was stumbling drunk reeked of fireball. The way he talked to his employees was very unpleasant. I would never work for this guy.

The team built and powder coated a new railing for my back stoop with steps. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the installation top notch! I am very pleased with my new railing. The communication was a bit lacking sometimes but does not change my mind about recommending this team!
