Auto Glass Experts of Gaithersburg replaced my windshield and Ray did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the insurance process and the different windshield options, which I really appreciated. The insurance company may try to push you toward Safelite, but you absolutely have the choice to use this company—and I’m so glad I did. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. I wish there were more business like this one. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional, prompt, accurate, confident, and all around decent human who went out of his way to help explain and assist with getting me what I needed to quickly turn around to send my paid invoice to Statefarm so I could be reimbursed. Oh, almost forgot to mention, he replaced my windshield in 30 minutes!

Had a great quick consultation over the phone with Reza and had a small rock chip repaired on the same day in my driveway. He asked appropriate screening questions to make sure it was repairable and laid out the expectations prior. He also explained why my husband’s vehicle rock chips are not worth repairing. He did a great job and out of pocket cost was reasonable considering the cost of an entire windshield replacement. I definitely recommend him for the quality of service and I plan to return for future repairs.

I had a disappointing experience with this company when replacing my windshield glass. The initial repair was subpar, and despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding the status of the repair, I received no response. The lack of communication and poor quality of service were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I had a lot of questions and doubts about replacing my front windshield and Reza made the process very easy. From the very 1st phone call to text messages and in person, he communicated clearly and professionally.
He replaced my windshield the next day and was done within 30 minutes. I am very thankful and highly recommend him .
