We had a blow out on a work van and Wilbur came to the rescue . He was quick to respond and get to our driver on 270 and assist him with a tire change and get him back on the road to safety . Highly recommend!! Will definitely use them again !Service: Tire change

This your BEST option for a tow when you need it. JWA picks up their phone quickly, has THE best rate in town (I called 4 other places, all more expensive) I needed help ASAP. My car broke down in an intersection in Germantown MD (!!). They are pros, arrived in 20min (exactly when they said they would) pulled up expertly in a tricky spot, hooked up smoothly, gave me a ride to the mechanic I needed to get to, were kind and professional the entire time , and left my car perfectly in a parking spot. When you need your car towed this is the place to go to. I'm recommending it to everyone I know. And you support a hard working locally owned business. This is my first ever time writing a review, and I want to for this place.

Even tho I wasn't able to ride with the vehicle due to Covid restrictions, I have no complaints. JWA got to my vehicle before the quoted ETA. The driver was super friendly and professional. The attendant at the tire shop also had a good experience with the driver, and suggested I leave a review, so here we are. First time having a pleasant experience with a tow company through my roadside assistance. Thank you so much.

I called my roadside assistance for a battery jump. He called before or insurance app updated us on towing status to say he was already here. That was a nice surprise. He also pointed out that the contacts were loose and tightened them for me like it was no inconvenience at all. He also was diligent about wearing a mask and was mindful about staying 6ft apart. It's rare that I have a good experience when I'm having car issues, so this was very refreshing. Thanks!Service: Battery service

My first time giving a review for a towing company, for I'm sure that like most people, dealing with a towing company usually involves an unpleasant thing happening in your life. JWA towing, completely surprised me for they were consummate professionals and when they could have tried to gouge me, they didn't. They were always communicative and patient with the things that I had failed to do on my part. Truly refreshing to have a towing company change my opinion with respect to this industry. Kudos!
