Excellent courteous, no hassle was able to upgrade on the spot. Vehicles were in stock and they do at least clean the vehicles before lending. Miles are unlimited, and location is in fair reach. Will be using this service again. Rented the sonata was good ? for our trip and great on gas.

Quote was 349.00 price was 950.00 for a week. A lot of hidden fees and disguises. Oh I got a 250 deposit refund coming but I wouldn't rent here again!!! I came to budget and paid a fair price for a week rental.

We tried using Next Car in Puerto Rico, going through Priceline. We arrived at the location and waited an hour in line. When it was our turn, we were asked if we wanted to use their insurance. We said no, as we have full coverage plus the insurance through our credit card. He asked if our car is a 2018 or newer, when I said no, he said that we HAD to use their insurance, that it is in their policy. I told him that there is nothing on the website stating this. He said I didn't look hard enough. So I pulled it up and showed him that no where on their policy page does it say that our car at home had to be newer than 2018. He shrugged his shoulders and said it's policy.Full coverage is full coverage no matter the age of one's car, our deductible is only $250, they required $500. It more than doubled the cost of the rental we had agreed on through Priceline. We left without a car. Worst place ever!

Worst rental car place ever!!! They want you to show your own full coverage insurance. I only have liability, so they didnt let me rent and didn't refund me for my prepaid rental. Stay away!!!

I thought I had a good experience, until the young lady called me outside to view a front end damage and flat tire. Me being me, I was confused as hell but I always purchase the insurance. I referenced I have insurance with your rental agreement, so, I am confused as to what you think I might owe. After she viewed the pictures of her walk around that was saved on her iPad, she referenced that the dent was a previous and not once did she offer an apology. Who does that? To me, you cannot hire everyone just because you are short handed and if so make sure that they are given extensive customer service training. In short, get the insurance, make sure there is no prior damage, and always stand your ground. My experience started off shady, and it ended with even more issues. The only reason I am giving this a one is due to, that is the only way that you can Post a review. I will be notify corporate about this mess

Rented a car for 1 day via Expedia. There were two workers a young lady and young man. The young lady has exceptional customer service but the young man was very rude. The process I went through to get the car was excessive, I thought they were going to tell me to squat and cough next. The price I was quoted and charged upon return were two different prices. Of course the young man checked me out. I bring it to the young ladies attention and she attempts to rectify it and calls her supervisor who allegedly is supposed to fix it. I thank her and leave. I still see this morning I was charged an extra $20. I don't even feel like calling them disputing it, they can keep it BUT NEVER AGAIN

This business is a joke. They don't care about their customers. There are hidden fees, so be prepared to spend roughly double what your quoted. The offices are always filthy, the employees and management are rude, and the vehicles they give you are junk. They gave us a mini van with two front bald tires and it smelled and drove horribly. We got there at 4 and we sat around more than an hour waiting for them to help us. Then we were rushed because it was closing time so we were rushed through the inspection, otherwise we wouldn't have drove off the lot with bald tires. Then to top it off, they charged us a pet cleaning fee when there were never any pets in the vehicle. I sent them documents proving that our pets were boarded. I sent in a customer complaint with supporting documentation proving that there were no pets in the vehicle. And then over two weeks later, I received an email from Stacy saying that the request to refund the pet fee was denied. Then I spoke with Brenda who is the manager at the Camp Springs location and she said that she was going to go with whatever the managers decision was which was Jarrard who charged me the fee. She did not even look at my customer complaint and was not even concerned with my side of the story. She has horrible communication and customer service skills, as do all of the employees of this company. Then I asked to speak with Glenn Price who is apparently Brenda's boss, and he never returned my calls. And when I called and Stacy answered the phone, she would put me on hold for long periods of time and then come back and say Glenn price was not in the office. So they were totally avoiding me. Horrible customer service. The day that I returned the vehicle to the Camp Springs location (same location as pick up), it was early in the morning when the office had just opened and there was one customer in the office and absolutely nobody working in the office. The office was completely filthy with debris all over the floor and it smelled horrible. Shay was the one working that morning. When she finally came in the office and was helping the other customer and was headed outside with him, I asked her how long she was going to be and she rudely said she didn't know. She had an attitude from the beginning and she is the one that told her manager Jarrard that there was pet hair in the vehicle. She had an attitude and was looking for something to charge me. If was just me, I would have taken the sorry excuses to court, but my brother advised me not to because then he would have to miss work as he was a driver on the vehicle as well. And he just said that it wasn't worth it and just never to use them again. Run, don't walk from this place.

I was looking for rental company that had reasonable prices. Previously I had rented a vehicle through Budget. Budget prices was were very high. Anyways my car was in the shop due to having a hole in the motor. So I had to get to work. I commute from Landover, Maryland to Sterlling, Virginia. Anyways from September 3, to September the 13th my car rental with Budget was $750+. So I now decided to get another rental September 16, but Budget nor Avis had anything available, but to God be all the Glory! NEXTCAR rental did. I reserve online early in the morning to pick up before 12 noon. They sent me a reminder about my rental to text. When I arrived. There was only two people working. A female and one guy. The pretty young female was very nice, courteous, and professional. Not only did they have to work the front desk,but they also had to clean the cars. SSso I would say they both did a great job
