Fast unload call number on sign at 7am and fast unload they will come to street with forklift to come get you. Can park overnight on street

Waited to be unloaded for the Truss side of the facility... took forever to get trucks unloaded and nobody wanted to help get trucks unloaded.. 5 trucks waiting on the road and other lift drivers not helping.. 2 hours to get done

I work for a construction company as their office manager, so I don't know much about the other side of the field. I was tasked to pick up lumber and haul it to a site due to an employee calling out. I spoke with I think it was Graham and he provided the best customer service. From assisting with loading to explaining how I should drive with lumber sticking out the flatbed, he simply killed it. Made my day 20x less stressful. Five stars, would haul from here again.

While helpful in the past Customer service is awful. Have to chase down people to get orders done. And dont respond to emails in a timely fashion. Place seems disorganized

The guys were super helpful and the pricing was on point. He worked with us on delivery of materials and got everything worked out to our schedule.They also have custom cabinets and doors and more, and what we saw there all looked like great quality.
