“I have gotten a lot of oil changes and been to many different Jiffy Lubes. This is by far the best experience and service I have ever gotten from any car service. There was no upsell or trickery and the service team was done an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid in about 10 minutes, including the time I had to wait for them to wrap up the car before mine. Truly incredible team here. Should be the model for all Jiffy Lubes”

“I moved to Frederick about a year ago and had noticed a leak in my vehicle. I took it to a dealership in Frederick and was quoted $2,200 to replace my radiator. Thankfully, a coworker referred me to Spikes Auto.
When I brought my car to Spikes, they took a look and discovered that the problem was simply a loose cap. Instead of charging me for a repair I didn’t need, they fixed the actual issue. I don’t remember the exact amount, but I believe my total was only around $52.
Since then, I’ve continued taking my vehicle to Spikes for service. I’ve been charged as much as $180 for an oil change at other places, while Spikes charges about half that. I live approximately 30 minutes away, and an Uber home after dropping off my car costs me around $50. By the time I factor in the transportation, I could probably get an oil change closer to home for about the same overall cost.
But honestly, I would pay triple to know that I’m getting honest service. Nothing beats quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. It is incredibly rare to find an auto repair shop where you can genuinely trust that you’re being told the truth about what your vehicle needs.
Spikes Auto has earned my trust, and that is worth more to me than convenience or distance. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. You won’t regret it!”
