“Super wonderful experience. Ended up getting a flat tire around 10am and gave a call. I spoke with Mike and he assured me they'd get me settled. By 11:30 I had my car there and they got the ball rolling for me. Turned a super stressful experience for me around very quickly. Mike talked us through their process and assured me they'd take great care of my vehicle, was quoted on the spot, they do a genuine lookover of the vehicle and leave more services to your discretion. Not once did I feel pressured to accept any further services then what I was comfortable affording. He was very friendly and professional, explaining everything in detail. “After an ordeal where the car wouldnt start in Nj it was taken to a nearby dealer who stated they will not be able to even look at it for 3 weeks. We found a trailer and brought it home to Cranberry on a Thursday. They said they were busy but if they can't get to it Friday it would definitely be looked at Monday. I got the call Monday afternoon that it had been diagnosed and they were waiting on a part to be delivered. The next morning around 9am I got the call that my car was done. The price was more than fair and I got my car back 2 weeks before anyone in NJ would have even looked at it.”

“I have been going for years, they have maintained 7 of my cars, my three daughters use them to.
Never been a problem until this last visit. I had ll 4 tires replaced with a quality product from Continental for my BMW.
I had to Travel to Virginia, to take care of my parents as I am carrier for them.The next morning, I woke up the driver's side rear tire was flat.I pumped the tire up and drove throughout the day, and the next morning.I woke up to the same problem.I was able to get the car back to Barnes.In maryland and they repaired a broken valve stem.
What I don't understand is back in the day, they always asked us 2 questions. Do you want valve's new valve stems?And do you want your tires, balanced?I believe now that these functions Are\nIncorporated in the price of the tire as we don't get asked anymore period so why did I have a bad valve stem?”

“Was in a time sensitive situation, called and sorted out a recent tire puncture. They had it sorted out in a timely fashion and were very helpful with communicating when I should pickup. 👍

He will show you the pricing with your own eyes when their computer up front for any work done and he will also work with you if you're having financial difficulties he's not a auto mechanic that is fly-by-night, nor is he going to steal your money and tell you that you need things done to your car that you don't need he would do exactly what you need and asked for a highly recommend him.”
