This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. It is so poorly run and actually dangerous. Long lines, rude pharmacy workers, and actually gave me a wrong prescription. Multiple excuses for why it was done wrong. Mt airy has med one pharmacy, Wei's, Safeway and Walmart all have pharmacies and rite aid also in Mt airy. I will never step foot in CVS again. I highly recommend you have prescriptions sent anywhere but CVS. Look up other reviews. Everyone says the same thing. They are awful.

The pharmacy is always super backed up with a long line, they are disorganized, and more expensive than other pharmacies. I've since switched to Safeway Pharmacy and have had no issues with them.

Don't have your recording telling me you are working on my prescription when in fact there is a problem and it is never going to be refilled. Only after calling did I find out there was an issue and by that time I had run out of medicine. the other is telling me they are working on it and after a couple of days it just falls out of the system and don't get me started on trying to talk to a live person. Those people don't have time to breath they are soo busy.

Had a little problem with a prescription called in from doctors office. The Pharmacy Manger stopped with her busy day, resolved the issue and saved me much time and trouble having to contact the Doctors office the next day. Great Job and thanks!!!

Service has improved a lot since we 1st started using CVS pharmacy, and the added benefit of free delivery of meds is very positive, but not always an option in the texts sent for some unknown reason. They still will not take a Prescription from me on the day I come home from my pain Doctor and it forces me to have to hold it until it is due, which often leaves me without my needed pills for a day instead of just filling it the day it is due for refill and then text me that it's ready for pickup. My solution for this one pain pill, will be to take it to Weis Pharmacy, very close by, where I can walk in and hand my prescription too them and they will hold it if necessary and call or text when ready or sit for 10 minutes and wait for it.I still have no clue why CVS makes you Walk to the back of the Store as a handicapped person and then drop of at one side of the Pharmacy and then return to pick up from the other side of the pharmacy where there is very little seating.

This store has been consistent both pre and during COVID. Receive alerts that prescriptions are ready but they are 100% NEVER READY!! Wait an average of 30 minutes for prescriptions that have been communicated "ready for pick up."
