This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. It is so poorly run and actually dangerous. Long lines, rude pharmacy workers, and actually gave me a wrong prescription. Multiple excuses for why it was done wrong. Mt airy has med one pharmacy, Wei's, Safeway and Walmart all have pharmacies and rite aid also in Mt airy. I will never step foot in CVS again. I highly recommend you have prescriptions sent anywhere but CVS. Look up other reviews. Everyone says the same thing. They are awful.

This store has been consistent both pre and during COVID. Receive alerts that prescriptions are ready but they are 100% NEVER READY!! Wait an average of 30 minutes for prescriptions that have been communicated "ready for pick up."

Bunch of "kids" working there filling scripts. Early 20s, gabbing, not doing their jobs until customers show up for their orders and they're not ready. Then they "fast-track" the prescriptions on the spot and you can hear the pills flying. No confidence in them - no supervision. And the store is dirty.

My Wife & I now have to use CVS Pharmacy for all 90 day supply medications, after happily using the Weis Pharmacy just 100+ feet away. The difference that gives this Pharmacy 2 Stars; Conveniences; 4 Star for Weis - as you walk in to the front of the Store and not far by the Deli is the Pharmacy, where they are personable and you can drop off & pick up from the same place & if your Handicapped like me and in pain, there is a bench to sit on and wait. Also, there is plenty of Handicapped Parking outside of Weis Market. 2 Star given for CVS - This Pharmacy is Not convenient at all. There is only 1 or 2 Handicapped Parking Spots & they are always taken, due to the neighboring Restaurants. Then you have to walk all the way through the store, to get to the Pharmacy, I guess so you buy stuff. Oh wait, there are more inconveniences, in that you cannot pick up or drop off at the same time, but rather have to go to different windows. If your handicapped & in constant pain, tough luck, because you not only have to walk a long distance to get to the Pharmacy, once there, there is no decent place to sit down, unless your picking up, and that doesn't work well, because those in line who come after you, believe your waiting for something other then being helped and the Pharmacy Tech's ignore you, like you're there to watch others pick up Scripts. The worst was recent, when I had received my Pain med script that day and took it in, only to wait for this rude Tech to tell me I was a day early and that I had to bring the script back the next day (this is because they lose scripts there), which ticked off this Working stiff, in my worst pain of the day, fatigued and can barely walk, to hear such ridiculous rules that do not occur at Weis!

The customer service was good and pharmacist was helpful with questions about medication. Never a line when I go. Ive never seen an issue with trash laying outside.
