Gun Shack / Crosswind is a family-owned business known for great customer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Employees are nice, provide amazing help and advice, and answer questions. They are very helpful with needs and paperwork, reassuring customers. The shop has a reasonable range of excellent bow options and all necessary black powder accessories and loads. It is also a fly shop stocking fly fishing gear. The proprietors know and love what they sell, making it a quintessential and trustworthy store. The shop has an upstairs archery range where staff take time to assist customers. However, the lighting in the store is very poor, so a flashlight is needed to see and read labels. The location can be a little far to travel for some. Despite this, it is a shop with much potential where customers definitely plan to shop again.
