Pathetic mismanagement. I walked in, did not make an appointment. I expected to wait, but not two hours. There are 12 seats in this waiting room and there were regularly 20 people crammed in there. After I waited an hour before even seeing the receptionist, I complained. At that point they told me that two people had called out that day. Could you at least have enough courtesy to inform customers of this when they walk through the door so we aren’t all sitting here waiting hours?
An update to the review above. I returned to the location two weeks later for follow up blood work. There was a sign on the door saying no internet and so many people crammed in the waiting space you couldn’t move. I left. I am done with this company forever. Corporate level needs to read these reviews and fire some people. Fortunately, this is America and I have other options for service, who may care more about their patients.

My doctor had an order for me to drop off an important sample and had me go through labcorp. I had been to this location in the past for blood work and went through them again. When I came to drop off the sample the lady behind the desk instructed me to drop it off on a counter. I did as instructed. This did not feel right because no one was attending that counter.. fast forward two weeks my “results” came in and the paper said the test was not done because my sample had never been received.
This proved to me that the workers at this location are incompetent and I will not be returning here. As for my sample? Probably ended in the trash.

Walked in Friday morning, shortly after 7am opening; online they were booked solid for the day. Was ~15th in line (half appts, half walk-ins), out in 45min, very reasonable. Skilled phlebotomist, super-friendly front desk person, easy kiosk check-in, tv screen shows where you are in the line. Results online Sat evening.

In and out in 14 minutes on a Monday morning with no appointment! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Phlebotomist was very competent and was able to get the stick on the first try. Front area was clean and well organized, and the check-in process was made simple with the electronic check in kiosk.

I'm a home nurse and drop off A LOT of blood work here. They've always been quick and friendly and most importantly... They've NEVER lost my lab work. It happens a lot more than you'd think.

The worst. Waited for an hour before I walked out. Only one person working and she was handling both front desk and nursing duties. This location has gone downhill, either fix it or shut it down.

Listened to the receptionist verbally abuse an elderly man for over 30 minutes while in the waiting room. Then I heard her tell another employee to go home so she could say she was “working alone and her computer was frozen” so that she would not have to see any more patients in the waiting room so that she could “find an excuse to end her Friday early”. She then locked the doors prior to the end business hours, which are clearly stated on the door. Her demeanor towards not only myself, but other patients prior to me was extremely unprofessional. Supervisors need to do a better job with training their employees on professionalism, polices and procedures, operating business hours, and patient care, because clearly their employees are either not trained, or unaware of company information and ethics.

Neither appointments nor walk ins are seen in a reasonable amount of time. Waited over an hour for a walk in and was never called. Had to leave to get to work on time. Will never go here again.

Nice people but could use some training in service dogs. I have a service dog an actual service dog very expensive very well trained flawless in public. I was met at the counter with a story about a service dog that when the lady went to draw the blood from the client the service dog went nuts barking at her. Well first off that is a textbook sign in most cases that this is not an actual service dog for again they are trained to have flawless public access. If we rule out the dog was alerting and the other things that we reasonably can here, this most likely was not an actual service dog. And LabCorp should have politely questioned that and were denied service which would have been reasonable with a dog that is barking at your profusely while you're trying to do your work. So she would not do my blood because of that she was that she said traumatized by being barked at. Now I actually have PTSD so I know quite a bit about trauma and it's possible but not likely a better word choice might have been appropriate simply say I'd really bothered me and I'm afraid of dogs now. The other was that I got into the room with a different tech with my service dog sitting next to me, she started questioning can I reach over are you not going to bite me He's not going to bark at me and just keeps going this whole length of questions as my dog sits completely still doesn't even look at her etc this is the string of questionings which was pretty uncomfortable for me given the service dog vest the mobility handle sticking way up at the top of his vest and so on proper training would tell you that these dogs are trained to behave no they're not going to bite you no they're not going to do any of the things you said again if they're an actual service dog and if they aren't behaving like that then you have reason to question whether they are a service dog and whether you should perform service for the person with a dog that is not behaving in accordance with the standard for a service dog. So this is all training clearly these people have no training on what real service dogs are and what they're supposed to do in terms of behavior when they are out in public doing their job it would be helpful if somebody gave them this training.

From the front desk to the phlebotomist, everyone was so nice and professional. It took less than ten minutes from the time I walked in until I left.
