After a bad experience at Quest, I changed to Lapcorp and will never go back. I have had only good experiences here. Everyone is professional and friendly every time.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! I had to bring my little 2 1/2 year old, and needless to say, she was not happy about it. The nurses were AMAZING!! I really appreciate you!

10/10 actually 20/10. Absolutely wonderful staff. Both women working at the desk were very funny and friendly!The person who drew my blood, Nicole, was by far the best phlebotomist I have encountered at Labcorp. I will only go here for my future blood work. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Phlebotomists are very nice and well-trained. There is some kind of organizational issue going on, however. Several times now they do not have the order my doctor sent over. My doctor's office even told me they have issues with this specific location receiving their faxes despite it being the correct number. Only two phlebotomists are trying to do procedures and run the front desk at the same time. Labcorp please add more admin staff and help these people do their jobs!

Worst of the worst & terrible place... I waited over an hourThe person who waited for 40 minutes did it before me, so I complained and lied about making a reservation.The black woman did blood took out twice with twice needle...and then she said mistake?

The Mt. Airy, MD location used to be a really good location. Something is wrong there now, I suspect it is the management or employees. They folks working there are lazy, rude and don't even care. I was there for an hour watching the incompetence.

Got my labs done after an hour of waiting just now, I left maybe 5 minutes ago. Everything was fine and I was letting the phlebotomist know that my veins were usually hard to stick and my right arm is preferred. She was feeling for a little bit and going a little to the side which I thought was weird so I calmly said something oh it’s usually more in the middle there and she got very upset with me. Like a don’t tell me how to do my job kind of upset, but she yelled at me frantically to not be nervous because it’ll make her nervous and to let her feel for the vein. I maybe said 2 sentences the whole time I was in the room, and I have been getting bloodwork every 3-6 months for 10 years. It’s not my first day either, it’s my body so I know it best, and I know that when someone new tries to stick my vein they tend to stick 7-8 times before trying my hand or other arm. I just switched from military to civilian care so I’ve had mostly the same phlebotomist for 10 years. I will never be visiting the mount airy location again. I will likely go to another company altogether.

Tuesday afternoon, September 6, was the first time I have been treated rudely at LabCorp in over 20 years. The woman working was chewing gum and talking on the phone while she was rudely asking for my card. It seemed like this woman truly hated her job. While in the back room, she didn’t say one word to me Other than “let me see the card again” The one that she had just looked at, she drew my blood, and I wasn’t surprised that there was a purple mark the size of a half dollar. I hope this was just a one-time thing with this woman, and she was having a bad day. But she didn’t have to pass on her lousy Day to me. A truly uncomfortable and unpleasant time that I had in Mount airy, Maryland, today

Convenient location and clean facility but the employees are terrible. They act like they are annoyed to be working there and are rude. Get tested somewhere else if you can.

If you get assigned to this location then ask for another. Drive to Frederick if you have to. Rude, understaffed, and terrible bedside manner/prioritization. Front desk seems fine but the people doing the tests are mean and impatient.

I walked in expecting the experience to be terrible (based solely off of the fact that I was going to have my kids' blood drawn), but was pleasantly surprised. The staff went above and beyond to help me get paperwork straightened out and were amazing with my kids, encouraging them and hyping them up the whole time they got their blood drawn. Being a med lab, there was a little bit of a wait, but for how many people were in, I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they cycled through patients.
