The phlebotomist was excellent. She was quick and painless.
The pain came 24 hours later, when I got an email saying that my credit card would be charged $700 with possible additional charges later.
This is information that should be provided up front before any blood is drawn.
It is unconscionable and bad business practice to inform a person of the cost AFTER the services are provided
All my attempts to find out the cost beforehand were fruitless.
In this day of technology and AI, there is no reason why that information can't be transparent to the patient before the blood is drawn.
This is a big fail in my book, and I'm powerless to remedy it.

This used to be a great lab, but it's gone downhill in the last year. The check-in machine never works, today I waited 15 minutes because the door was closed and I assumed the tech was helping someone else. She came out and looked at me, didn't say anything and went back in and closed the door. The next time she came out she was going to lunch and asked if I could come back in an hour. I won't be going back to this location until they get a different tech. Horrible customer service.

We had scheduled appointment for T-SPOT TB testing and only at a time of the appointment were notified that all available tests in this location have expired, they were not able to help us with any other options. Very disappointing.

Great experience. I was seen right away and Deb was super friendly + great at her job. I had my blood drawn on a Friday and my PCP already had my results posted by Monday morning. Very glad I decided to go here instead of the Quest in Frederick.

Did not disclose fees up front. They're like most other medical companies. They do not disclose so they can write a blank invoice for themselves.

Deb is wonderful! My daughter faints when she has her blood drawn. Deb was so compassionate and helpful! We won't go anywhere else.

Deb is a PRO ! I have rolling veins and she not only got me in the crook of my arm, but she got me the first time ! Made an appt on line and was in and out in no more than 20 minutes and that includes walking into the store. Great service and people skills - much appreciated !
