The most bizarrely rude and childish gas station owner you’ll ever meet, and it’s not something you expect from what is supposed to be a 15 second interaction. They rip people off as you see below and they are charging WAY TOO MUCH for gas. Our community deserves better.

OK so this Shell station I patronize a lot usually late at night and early in the morning from working in Howard County and living in Western Maryland. Now I hate to use colors or races, but the white guy is very nice. Awesome guy, but the Indian guy I wish I knew these guys names. He has got a bit of an attitude problem so I’ll keep going there because I don’t have Shell in Western Maryland. We don’t have shells but I love shell gas but other than that it’s a nice gas station.

Carwash ripped the driver side mirror off my daughters car. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, he's completely non-responsive and doesn't take responsibility for causing property damage to vehicle

I stopped at this Shell today and decided to purchase a car wash. When I attempted to use the car wash, the mechanism that secures the tires and moves the car forward through the wash did not engage. I'm sure I made some mistakes, but in the end, the components of the car wash stopped by the time I got through and it simply wasn't a good wash. I asked the attendant at the station if I could go through again and he proceeded to take me outside and tell me all of the things I did wrong and that it was all my fault. As he was lecturing me, another person was starting their car wash and had similar difficulties, so he broke away from me to tell me all of the things they were doing wrong. As we walked back toward the entrance to the store, he continued to tell me how there was nothing wrong with the car wash and when I asked him if I could go through again, he told me I could as long as I paid again. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Shell station again. If you have to go there, I'd recommend not getting a car wash.

Expect hefty repair bills…Contaminated fuel cost me big $$$$ and these clowns did nothing except avoid contact at all costs. Shell wouldn’t even back these tools. Now it’s the BBB’s turn and the litigious route.
