I'd been set on avoiding a new car purchase, since I thought it would be simpler and cheaper to find an equivalent used car on-line. But salesman Richard, financial manager Jay, and the rest of the team were super accommodating, and with zero pressure. I wound up with a better deal than I could have received for cars with 30,000+ miles already on them. Then Richard (and a colleague) personally transported the Kicks to my house, almost an hour away. My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I had a problem with my ABS, They checked my ABS and, believe it or not, found and removed screws lodged in my tire. I’d been driving on it...luckily the tire wasn’t punctured. The staff were polite, professional, and charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend them for any car repairs.

“These people are the best. They actually care about the customer and have gone out of their way to put a smile on my face by surprising me with a repair that I didn't even ask for!!! After a lady accidentally hit my rear bumper on 395, not only did they repair the entire bumper but they repaired the handle that I previously had manually taped (couldn't afford to fix it.) AND didnt even tell me about the extra repair. I left and was like wait, you guys repaired that for free, you didnt have to do that. They just smiled. Greatest service experience!”
