This Dollar General #19136 location is not just failing its customers; it is creating a dangerous and hostile environment. Utterly incompetent store management. This isn't just poor service; it's a multi-level failure characterized by a complete disregard for customer safety and respect. The employees' tones are consistently rude and dismissive, yet they engaged in playful side talk with each other. Loud, irrational, and belligerent outburst, creates an intensely uncomfortable shopping experience. Customers should be warned about the truly horrific and unacceptable experiences at this store. The company needs to take immediate action, including terminating the employees and store managers. An employee was loudly bad mouthing the company to customers throughout the store. Volunteering information that I'm sure goes against company policies. The incidents are being captured on the store's surveillance cameras, both inside and outside. The bad experience has led to a very bad impression. As a loyal customer, this is very disappointing.

They always close i really don't understand they problem in that store 1 day they close at 2 pm then another day they close at 5pm but lock the door at 4:30 pm they need to shut it down an put a reliable store in it place. That store has so many open and close hours.

i went shopping here once and this cashier lady i haven’t seen working there before was having a screaming match with a customer saying she was going to “shoot” then for recording her and proceeded to scream that she hates people that do not speak english. very unprofessional and racist behavior. not sure if she was new since i am a regular customer but definitely needs to get fired.

This store has been posting frequent signs on the front door indicating that they are closed during normal business hours. Very inconvenient to drive a long distance only to find out the store is closed frequently during usual business hours. This is not the first time it’s happened in the last couple of weeks. This is not a reliable store.
