“A review of Clement's WorldWide in general, but even moreso a shoutout and chance to give feedback to my adjuster, Kara Gulley, who was fantastic.
I moved to France from the USA, and brought my 2 vehicle's (still on USA plates as I am allowed to while I am a student in France).
Was able to get my comprehensive and collision insurance for the best price with Clement's. Context - 22 year old with 2 high horsepower luxury vehicles (400 hp+) USAA wanted to charge ~$700 a month for Comprehensive and collision with a $1000 deductible, while Clement's charges me $277 a month for both vehicles with $250 deductible's, which is a significant improvement.
My experience customer service wise has also been fantastic. One of my vehicle's (Tesla model s) had an unrelated mechanical issue, and needed to be towed. While lifting the vehicle on the tow truck, the tow operator allowed it to crash back into the ground twice, and destroyed the front air suspension (which then caused the pump to overwork itself and fail), a nearly $6000 repair job according to Tesla.
The experience started well. While transport on a tow truck is not covered, my adjuster coordinated with the underwriter of the policy for this in between situation, and was able to get coverage as long as the damage was caused by the tow truck driver.
Clement's hired an external advisor based in Europe to contact Tesla and the tow truck driver who were unresponsive.
When this caused delays, it was my advisor at Clement's, Kara Gulley, that calmed my concerns, and worked tirelessly to resolve the situation. Kara felt like an advocate for me, not a corporation, which was very much appreciated.
In the end, due to Kara's significant effort and knowledge, my claim was approved by Clement's, and I am extremely grateful.”
