Life called for a last-minute reschedule and they were nothing but accommodating.When I rolled in for a transmission oil change, they were quick to identify that my 2020 Toyota Corolla needed a special type of oil. I appreciated their in-depth knowledge and proactive approach to order it right away. “To say that this buying experience was literally a joy is an understatement. I was very skeptical in dealing with a car dealer in my local area. I’ve just not had great experiences. I knew when Kristi Scott responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening that things were going to be different. I had researched what I wanted, knew what I would pay, and knew what my trade-in was worth. I was counting on just test driving a car, going home to give it some thought, and going back and maybe buying it later. Of course, after I test drove it, I wanted it. Kristi answered all of my questions. She was professional and had me laughing and smiling most of my visit. Weimer gave me a trade-in that even the “out of towners” couldn’t match. I figured we would talk numbers and I would come back the next day to buy a car. No. Kristi gathered all of the information and set me up with Helen (who is just as funny btw) and these girls were going to send me home with my new car the same evening. The entire process took about an hour and fifteen minutes (only because I had to unlock my credit bureaus so they could run my credit). Otherwise, it would have only taken an hour. So basically, I got some good financial information, a great trade-in, a great deal, and a great vehicle! What’s not to love about that? Kristi, Helen, and Weimer Chevrolet…you all rock!”

“Without a doubt this had to be the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a repair shop. I'm old enough to have a lot of visits under my belt. I had an appointment for a Maryland State Inspection. I showed up on time and they immediately took the vehicle with a "Thank You". I was told it would be about an hour and 45 minutes later I was out the door. He even checked the tint % of the back windows so I could make sure the front windows weren't darker. Great Job”

“We weren't planning on buying a new car during vacation but our daughter fell in love with a 2010 beetle that wasn't even ready for sale yet. The team worked over phone/text with us and within 2 weeks the car was meticulous, updated and decked out for transport. We live in northern Wisconsin so we had them ship it. Working with this company was easy, they're professional and every detail was put into this sale! I've never bought a car this way and was super leary, but I can't say enough good things about them!
