One of the young ladies there named Kelsey made my shopping experience wonderful! She helped me pick out the perfect purse and wallet for my mom. She went above and beyond! It was another associate there too that helped me as well at the check out register, but I didn’t get her name. Wonderful customer service!

I just purchased a purse here today and the manager Christina was extremely rude and arrogant. She thought it would be okay to talk down to me as if I couldn’t afford to shop at this store. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. The one star is literally because it is a nice store.

Got a bag for 100 $. Something you cannot find in Romania at a reasonable price. Probably four times more expensive there and you are still not certain if its a fake or not.

The staff in the store are completely rude and disrespectful. I experienced racism and horrible customer service. The moment I walked in , I got horrible stares from the staff and as I asked one of the staff for the estimated price, she responded "89 + tax but it must be too expensive for you to afford" never in my life have I been given such disrespect. No person should be treated worthlessly! More happened but I'm sure this will do, DO NOT COME!

Awesome customer service from Jasmine. Attentive and willing to help with any questions we had. She over heard us wondering about whether something was on sale and she quickly let us know that it was and that if we wanted more colors that there may be some in the back. Thank you!

I normally don't post reviews, but this experience gave me no choice. I walked into the store, literally no one greets me as some of the other customers experienced here. Walked over to the wallets and found two that I loved and a cute trendy tote bag. Some girl in a dingy Michael Kors dress walked over and looked at my sister and I as we decided which wallet to purchase. Again, said nothing to us, just watched. After noticing she was staring, I asked if they had Fanny Packs. She walked us to where they were and walked off. Then, comes back and asks if we need help....3x. Then another girl comes by and asks if we need help, directly after the first. All times, we said no. So, we find a cross body bag and walk to the shoes. Literally...!...as soon as we go to the shoes wall, the second girl comes back and says "Do y'all need a size?". Mind you, the store had plenty of other people for them to harass, never did they ask anyone else if they needed help. They allowed the OTHER customers to walk around and shop. So, as we were finalizing the items the first girl comes back and tells us that the new bags are in the back and she could get the one we wanted. I handed her two bags, she asked which one did I want..I said BOTH...she looked at me as if I spoke a foreign language and walked away. As we waited for the bags, (a girl who I assume worked there because she looked just a badly dressed in the Michael Kors apparel and the second girl I mentioned frequently spoke to her) stood directly in front of us THE ENTIRE TIME, staring as if we stole something, put something in our pockets or even made a skeptical move...Then the girl comes back with the bags and has one newly wrapped and the other was the last item on the floor. I told her that I only wanted the newly wrapped bag, she looked at it and placed it on the counter. Didn't say, "okay follow me to the register..." nothing. Long story short, the customer service here is horrible. I can't say if was racial profiling, because two of the women that tested us like this were black and the other was Asian. I will be returning these items, as I'm not supporting any business that makes me feel this way. I work hard for my money and deserve to be treated EQUALLY! Of all the comments here their customer service and unfair treatment reviews are ridiculous! You get treated better in the malls where people are actually spending way more money. DO BETTER!

Which is NOT outlet price.No OUTLET here!!This is Stright in the Ghetto Hood.You can Rezone All You Want. ITS 1000% IN OXON HILL NOT FORT WASHINGTON.THEY DONT WANT BE IN ASSOCIATION WITH HOOD!!!Then why you pulled a Mall in it and Fix up the Water Port.area.Whiich is Also in OXON hill Hood!!!
