I had a very poor experience with the customer service team at the collision centers I had to visit twice for vehicle repairs. When it comes to the final product, they do an amazing job, hardly noticeable of the missed damage. The communication was difficult and the employees displayed a somewhat dismissive and arrogant attitude. I was so angry that one of the people employees from the body shop elder gentlemen had to calm me down something that the manager couldn’t do and the lady at the front desk was just filing her nails, smiling.

Worst Dealer !!!!! Starting from the GM to manager to sales person. Called for a vehicle, spoke with sales came to agreement on price !!!! Wanted to leave a deposit was told didnt have to cause i was trading in a vehicle in and i had $12k in equity. Sent my aplication on friday spoke with a mangager on sat, was told everything was set. Waited for a call Saturday to come in no call son i called sat at 7pm was told they were busy. Waited to Mon called early morning was told i will get a call back then 10 mi. Later got a text saying the car was Sold !!!! Horible Customer Service. So I called to speak witn manager that was helping me no response then GM called me aoni explained what happened? Her response was theres nothing she can do!!!! Worst Customer Service ever !!!!

We had an appointment for our plug in Chrysler minivan with a check engine light on. The delivery date for service was the evening of the scheduled appointment. We dropped off the car that day.
After a week of managing two people getting to work and kids getting to school, evening back to school events and appointments DARCARS New Carrollton still haven't even looked at the vehicle.
We picked it up one week later (and it hadn't been looked at at all) and are taking it somewhere else.
Why make an appointment for service if it won't even be looked at for at least a week?

Thanks to Courtney my experience has been way better. She’s attentive and handles things fast. She won’t tell you anything but the truth. She’s amazing. and the person who picked me up from the metro station to get my rental was so patient and amazing too. Don’t know what I would have done without their patience.
