Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I had an appointment today with Reesie at 5 PM. Reesie call me at 10:32 this morning and told me that she needs to cancel my appointment and she can reschedule it or have another nail tech do my service. I told Reesie I do not want another nail tech and she should just cancel my appointment. Reesie said that if I cancel my appointment, I lose my deposit. I asked her how would I lose my deposit if you’re the one who canceled and she stated that, yes but I’m trying to reschedule or have somebody else do your service. I explained to her that those options do not work for me and I would like just to get a refund of my deposit. She said that she’s not able to do that even though she is the one that has to cancel the appointment. She said that is the policy and I will need to speak to the owner about that. I texted the number the they provided on my confirmation appointment email and I requested to speak to the owner. She is rude and unprofessional, she went back-and-forth with me about how I cannot get my deposit back and that I need to Reschedule or have another nail tech do my service. She kept trying to tell me that my appointment wasn’t canceled, even though Reesie was not able to do my service. My understanding is when you book with a person and they are not able to deliver your service. The appointment is canceled. She told me that the policies I agreed to when I booked on the booking site Is my refund is not refundable, even though they are the ones who had to cancel my appointment. Do not waste your money at this business. They will cancel your appointment and then tell you, you cannot get your deposit back. Thank God for my credit card company, I ended up just filing a dispute. Learn from my mistake my last appointment I said was my last, but of course I wanted to give a black owned business another chance. Never again, and I will make sure I tell Everyone I know not to come here. I put up photos of my appointment and our text message conversation this morning. So the owner won’t come on here saying that I’m lying. Do not come here go somewhere where you’re appreciated and treat it well.

I like all the staff I have been serviced by almost all of them. My favorite part is the booking process, no long wait times for your appointment. Makes planning simple and there's no guess work. I have been coming to Lillians about 3 years now, haven't been anywhere else since.

Stay away from this place! I would give this place a zero if I could. My nail came off less than 3 days after getting it fix, they charged me $5.50 to fix one nail and couldn’t even match the color correctly. BAD SERVICE EVER!!!!

I got my nails done here, my nails came off in less than a week, got it fixed after I paid for it again and three days later my nail came off again! My third time in less than a month, I came in a 11am and I was told someone cannot fix my nail til 2pm because they had appointments!

I needed a pick-me-up and I'm a very bad nail biter. My fingers looked horrible. I walked in with maybe an hour and a half before they closed. Miss Deena fit me in for both acrylics and to get my pedicure. She took her time, made sure to shape everything well, painted wonderfully, and provided wonderful customer service. She has a very sweet smile and is very professional! She made me feel great and I think my nails look amazing! I don't do this very often and wanted to be thankful.

I recently walked into Lilian’s Nail hoping for a simple nail design below. From the start, I showed the nail technician exactly what I wanted. She sat me down and began the process but it went downhill from there (I will say the technicians personality was really sweet). How ever she didn't apply any nail polish between the acrylic and the French tip, which left my nails looking incomplete and see through? After finishing the French tips, she told me she or any of the other technicians wouldn’t be able to complete the design because they had other clients waiting. I was a walk-in client and completely understand that they had other clients who they would prioritize over me but I showed them from the start what I wanted so if they knew they had other clients waiting and weren’t gonna do what I wanted then they should have communicated that upfront. This was a really extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I left the salon with an unfinished design and a terrible experience. I won’t be returning to Lilian’s Nails for acrylics, I’ll keep on going to the nail salon across the street, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality and professional nail services. Below are pictures of the design I wanted and what I left with.
Edit: Tomorrow it’s going to be a week since i got my nails done and I am even more disappointed, most of the nails have started chipping at the cuticle and one or two nails have started lifting. So not only was the design not what I wanted but the quality of the work was also not great. I’ll attach a photo of the current state of the nails.
Edit #2: Yesterday marks a week since I got my nails done and TWO nails broke off. One of them while I was putting some shorts on and the other one when I was unbuckling my seatbelt. Definitely never coming back here!!

In the beginning of this journey I thought I finally found a professional pedicurist that speaks English during my entire visit. But as time rolled on, Ressie is late every appointment and has to rush in to get started ( I am her 1st appointment) and she continues to forget I want designs. I can't do that, especially when a shop has specific rules such as pay 1/2 in advance for your services each time you make an appointment. I am tired of the one way when it comes to customer service. It works both ways, I am moving on, I won't be back. I will find what I am looking for.
On another NOTE: On time means you are ready to work at the time in which you agreed to provide services to a customer.

I had an amazing experience at Lillian's. Janee' was very professional, kind, and gave me an amazing mani and pedi. The space is welcoming, there are tons of options for services, and Janee' was mindful of my time.
