This is the worst Lowe's I have been to anywhere in the country. The staff have no clue what's going on, the management is nowhere to be found. It's as if the whole store is one big prank.
The other day, an employee needed a manager to help ring something up. I waited 40 minutes....only to be told the manager was "in a meeting." I also saw two employees just sitting down texting on their phones.

I’ve been there multiple times, and it seems that whenever I’m dealing with a cashier, they quickly make the decision without asking me to print receipts instead of email receipt. I always prefer to have email receipts for many reasons, specifically for record purposes. I think that it is very rude, and when I ask for an email receipt, they tell me I have to make that request at the customer service desk. That’s very irritating to say the least. I shop at Lowe’s because it’s convenient, but the Home Depot wins in customer service.

i ordered grill and they sent me grill from the displey and than i order outdoor farniture and they sent it with damaged legs.When i contact customer service they didnt really care .
Now i understand why this store is always empty.
