Why can’t the store associates ever give you good over the phone customer service? You call them to only have them play hot potato with your phone call. Then they put you on hold for over an hour. This is how Lowe’s supposedly treat their pay customers. This is very disappointing.

Don't go to this store. Waited for 25min for someone to come to appliance section and no one showed up even after being called twice by customer service. Customer service was super nice though

The bolt section is always a mess and disorganized and needs restock. They should train their employees how bolt sizes work etc so that they can organize and restock this area. Ever since they put the small hardware stores out of business it’s been impossible to find and buy nuts and bolts locally

I ordered a washer, and it came in about a day or so. I am very pleased with their customer service. They were quick and clean. They locked doors back, and I felt completely safe. They even hooked up a sensing cord for the washer. I am happy with my Whirlpool, which was priced for my budget. I recommend them and ordering online and set up of delivery was simple. Thank You Lowes. I spoke to Ms. CASSANDRA AND SHE WAS A PROFESSIONAL. THEY DESERVE A RAISE. HUGS!

This store is TRASH. We bought a hundred boxes of laminate flooring, and about thirty minutes before the delivery, they called to let us know they only had half of the product, and we should get the rest within 3-5 business days. That was on 7/3/23. It is now 7/23/23, and we have been back and forth with the store, who keeps giving us the runaround. They NEVER answer their phone. My husband was on hold with them for two hours, and literally drove over and walked into the store while still waiting on hold. Mind you, this store is an hour from our home, and having gone there on three separate occasions to check on our order status (not counting the day we were there to place the order to begin with), we have spent a good six hours commuting, not to mention the countless hours spent on hold and trying to discuss with them there in the store. We thought we'd give them the motivation they needed to get their stuff together by calling the 800 number someone keeps responding with in these review comments, but guess what happened when we did that? They "escalated the case"... RIGHT BACK TO THE STORE THAT IS THE PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH. How is this escalating the case? If the problem is that we can't reach the store, and they don't even help us when we go in-person, how is "escalating" the case back to the store going to help anything? In other words, the sales team at the 800 number is trash too. Don't give this store your money. They'll gladly take it, but you better hope you don't have any issues with your order or products, because they couldn't care less about helping you resolve the issue. ZERO STARS.

Currently on hold for over 14 minutes (and counting) as I write this review....previously on hold with this store for over an hour, getting transferred to 4 different people (including the Supervisor) and still didn't get anything resolved. Terrible experience!! I ended up taking my $1600 worth of business to another store. If this store continues to loose business like that, this location wont be open much longer.

Good store with helpful staff. They don't always have latest power tools in stock. Not the stores fault because their website doesn't always carry the latest and greatest. I was attempting to buy the DCS781B - it's not available anywhere in Lowes.

Horrible customer service. Was on a call for the longest trying to figure out my stove situation and they just transfer you to someone else and this goes on for the the longest until they hang up. Now when I call back they just hang up immediately.Nobody that attended the calls were helpful, everyone just says hold and sends you to the next person. Some are rude and have no patience. You're getting paid to help and answer calls not to just stall and send you to the next associate hoping they would help just to then end up being hung up on.This occurred on May 15 starting at 11:50 am and I'm still waiting. Frustrating especially when you know that the money you paid wasn't cheap. Disgusting Customer Service.

This is my favorite Lowe’s location. The employees are very helpful and informed on the layout of the store and products sold within. I feel very comfortable going in showing the employees my ideas and photos to get the right materials for my home projects. Eddie always goes above and beyond when explaining the best options available before I finalize my purchases. Howard is always wonderful to work with he has helped me out many times. Excellent customer service and I will continue to come to this location and ask for Eddie or Howard.

As someone else said, it’s a home improvement store in a bad area, so don’t expect too much. Customer service is hit or miss, sometimes you’ll get someone polite but most of the time they treat you like you’re an inconvenience. I’ve bought items before that have had things stolen out of them, carts are never where they’re supposed to be, and store is unorganized. The 24 hour surveillance in the parking lot is nice, but is also a reminder of where you are. If it weren’t for the convenience of location I’d be more inclined to go to a nicer one.
