My local beauty supply store for the win! I drove farther out to a larger beauty supply chain expecting to find what I needed but did not. Star Beauty, however, 5 minutes from my house, had it all and then some. Owners are friendly, helpful and familiar, and DON'T TRAIL YOU around the store like undercover police.
