This Friday I visited bibibop for the third time. The experience was magnificent. The manager Idalia welcomed me. She was very kind. The place was very clean. Staff was extremely rude. I got there less than 10 minutes before closing—I know that’s irritating, like I get it. But the food is already made, you just scoop it into a bowl. My husband ordered before me, was at the register, I was ordering. I looked at the menu to see what size I wanted. As I was looking, probably 5-8 seconds of looking, the associate said to me “just so you know, we’re closing in 5 minutes.” Like why does that matter? I’m literally ordering as we were speaking. Who gives a damn when you close when I’m in your face ordering. I know some service people find any reason to take a jab at customers in order to make themselves feel superior but it’s unnecessary and unprofessional. I can understand if I was being a rude customer who was looking at my phone and lacked urgency to order but I wasn’t. I was literally mid-order. I ended up telling him/her never mind and left. Extremely rude and just ugly attitude.

Service is good, they’re friendly! This is like an Asian cava or chipotle but I give it 4 stars because I wish the portions were bigger. The food was fresh and I enjoyed being able to choose many different toppings which was a lot of different kinds of vegetables that made me feel healthy. The sauce was also flavorful. I enjoyed the free miso soup as well.
