Great service! As most know... with Land Rover products, service can be scary. My service advisor, Jose Alverez, helped take the sting out (a little), lol. My issue is unique with an older Range Rover, but I feel they put in their best effort to resolve my issue.

My overall experience with JAGUAR would not have been complete without the expert knowledge, service, and customer dedication by Ms. Cheryl Stewart, Customer Relations Manager. Her dedication and commitment to expert customer service is paramount, and made my holistic Jaguar experience complete. Cheryl is passionate about customer relations, made me feel welcomed, gratified, and fulfilled during the Jaguar buying experience. Without Cheryl as the steady anchor, I would have probably gone on to another Jaguar dealer, or back to BMW. Her friendly demeanor, coupled with her "can do" attitude to solve problems and follow through is unsurpassed. Cheryl is the rock bottom reason why Jaguar is the successful company it is today. And with Cheryl at the helm, I will definitely be coming back to Jaguar Bethesda. Thank you Cheryl....YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!

Although I don’t like the uncertainty of availability of a loaner for service or even an option to rent a car while mine is being serviced, it is very clear to me that this weakness is not the fault of the staff or even the dealership. Clearly, it’s a Jaguar policy which is too bad because when I buy a car I always consider the convenience of the service department. No longer will I assume that a well regarded name means convenience. With that said, Crystal went above and beyond to help me complete my service while I waited. She is a gem and my hero.

I had a pleasant experience at Jaguar Bethesda. The service department was extremely accommodating and kept me informed of the status of my car via text or in person. If there was anything more I could want it would be a loaner vehicle for services in excess of three hours. Overall a great experience.

I had used a brand name car-buying service in the past. AutoNation came back with a better offer this time. When I found out they were a dealership, I was skeptical and figured that once we got there, they would try to haggle us down from their original offer. What they offered is what we got! Colin was very professional and had great communication with us from offer to check!

I had a wonderful experience with the service department today! My initial sales review, a few months ago, was less than stellar. But, the service department really knocked it out of the ballpark. They were kind and professional! They communicated with me through multiple updates. It was great to see this business has hired some really wonderful people who smile and provide customers with a very positive experience.

Professional, Thorough, Courteous, Expedient. No one plans to spend 5K on your car during college 'move-in' week... BUT... up pops an engine light suddenly on my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace after yearly scheduled dealership service maintenance! [I've never had problems with my car - only 72K miles - Diesel though] Bethesda explained every detail, took my car next day, and provided a loaner. I used to receive discount coupons in the mail and asked if they'd honor without... and they did! Thanks Bethesda ... all other dealers (including my regular) had availability two weeks out and a scheduled loaner would have been even longer. Nope not under warranty even though I purchased extended 5yr or 100k (pandemic reduced driving so hit the 5 yr before the 100k)

My recent 5 year service at Bethesda Jaguar was simple and easy. Although my 5 year warranty had recently expired, my rep Crystal convinced management that the $1400 service should still be covered by the 5 year service plan as a courtesy I was very pleased.

The process of evaluating my car and receiving an offer was pretty quick. But then I waited over 2 hours for a check, being told several times that it had been printed but they couldn’t find it?? Just to end up being told the check wasn’t available and it would need to be mailed on Monday. Come Wednesday, I had not received anything so I called and was eventually told it was mailed out that day. What happened to it going out Monday? There was a lot of unnecessary miscommunication and nothing was done according to plan. Super disappointing and frustrating experience. If it was this complicated just to sell, what must it be like to try to buy from them?

My car buying experience was one for the ages. My sales rep Charlie, was very professional and very open with communication the entire time. He followed up with me days after my purchase and checked in with me to see how I was enjoying my vehicle. I had the ability to test drive alone and really get a feel for the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership on a Sunday around 3pm. A lady was out showing a car to another family but told me one of her colleagues would be right out to help. I browsed outside for about ten minutes before going in to inquire about a vehicle I seen online. I walked in to two associates talking amongst each other they both looked up and continued their conversations no greeting. My husband inquired about the car online. The associate behind the counter looked and simply said "that vehicle is at another location". Never offered to show us a similar vehicle or to have the vehicle relocated. They allowed us to walk out with nothing else being said.
