Judy is excellent! She was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding. We had a lot of stipulations and incredibly high expectations for a house. She maintained being our agent for over 3 years. She helped us sell our house at a great price and helped us purchase our dream home. She was dedicated throughout the entire process & has a plethora of resources to support with selling and purchasing a home. She was also very responsive to communication. When we texted or called and left a message she responded expeditiously. Quite frankly, she became part of our family. Exceptional real estate agent!

Having worked with Judy before when helping a friend sell her property, I knew what an excellent agent she was. She's clearly an experienced professional. Throughout the process, Judy was very responsive and easy to talk to. She listens to understand your position and respectfully offers good advice. She has great resources as well, with a network of professionals to help prep the house for sale. I was very pleased with Judy's work from house prep through closing, and have recommended her to friends who plan to sell. She's also just a friendly laid-back person who's fun to work with.

Judy helped us sell our mother's house (and family home) and was fantastic. Feel like she gave us great advice regarding pricing and was available to help with meeting anyone at the house if we needed to have work done. She even helped show the house for buyer's if their agent was not available. Really great experience and would definitely recommend! Very knowledgeable of the Darnestown/Gaithersburg areas.

Judy Martin went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find our first house in northern VA! We started looking during the pandemic and put in around 13 offers over almost a year. Judy was more than patient when we had to resign a 9 month lease where we were renting, and was eager to pick back up with us when our lease ended. She was insightful on the market conditions and helped us to make our offers competitive. It was a long journey, but we landed our dream first home and we couldn’t be more thankful to have had Judy as our real estate agent. Judy Martin is fantastic!Judy went above and beyond to help me get my house, at one point it was Thanksgiving day and Judy had company coming over her house yet she came out to help me on a house I wanted to see, it was a huge challenge for Judy, I was upset because I had left Arizona a place that I loved where I had a beautiful house that I had to leave because I had to come back to take care of my mum who is dealing with dementia, Judy is a god send to me because of her hard work and dedication I found a home to love.Also Judy stays in contact even though we purchased the house about 4 years ago.You want someone awesome to trust in getting the job done in finding you a home.... We were so blessed to get assigned to Judy Martin to help us find a new home in 2018. We didn't make it easy but once we zoned in on the right type of home and the location we wanted to move into she quickly found lots of choices to view. She made the whole process easy to understand and helped us every at every stage. She even took the time to be at closing with my wife and I going at separate times as we couldn't be there together.
