Excellent realtor, very flexible with the times I was available. Rob was attentive to my needs and was able to find places in my budget with my needs. He was up front with issues he saw and overall safety and schools which were important to my family. Rob even did FaceTime calls when I wasn’t able toto attend in person.
I also appreciated all of the contacts he has as in with cleaning, post inspection and any other needs I had. Rob went above and beyond with additional tasks that he didn’t need to take on but was willing to. Overall an A+ rating.

We hired Rob in early spring 2024, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! We’ve worked with four realtors in the past for various home sales and purchases, but none came close to Rob’s level of service. He truly prioritized us as buyers, which was a refreshing change from our previous experiences where we often felt underrepresented. Rob was highly responsive to calls and texts, maintained regular communication, and consistently followed through on our requests. Even the seller’s agent in our recent home purchase was impressed with Rob’s professionalism, kindness, and collaborative approach. When we are ready to sell or purchase again, Rob will be our first call!

We worked with Rob Moir and couldn’t have been happier! He was so patient with us while we tried to find the perfect house and once we found it he was quick to communicate with the sellers agent and work with us to get our offer in. Working with Rob was a fantastic experience! He really took the time to get to know my wife and I and what we were looking for in a house. We were on a tight timeframe and he cleared his schedule for us when we were able to come to town. We are not from this area, so Rob showed us different towns and neighborhoods until we found the area that best fit what we were looking for and ultimately we found the perfect house for our family. Rob also took the time to welcome us to the area, connecting us with contractors, home inspectors and recommending local places to check out! I have worked with several other realtors in the past and Rob really set himself apart with his friendly approach, great attitude and dedication to getting us not just in a home, but in the best home for our family. I have recommended him to several friends and he will be my first call if we ever look for a new home!

Working with Rob was such a blessing. From the start he was extremely proactive at explaining the full home buying process and provided multiple lending options beyond the normal big banks like Rocket. He never made us feel like we had to pick a local lender though, and didn’t try to make us go above our budget despite this crazy competitive market. He asked us a lot of questions early to fully appreciate the type of house and neighborhood we wanted, then tried to narrow down the must have features so that when he suggested houses to view they had our top needs covered. Rob was very responsive via phone and email, even sending us timely reminders as we entered the offer stages. He was super professional anytime he showed us a house or spoke to another agent about a house which made us always feel confident he would help us get the best overall deal. We honestly felt like he was our advocate. He made sure even after closing that the community pool bonded membership was fully transferred and not forgotten by the seller.The best thing I can say is if you need a trustworthy and extremely dedicated agent, Rob will not only help you feel comfortable with the process but also be relentless in finding a house that works for you.
